On December 5th, the second Sino-French Education Development Forum was held at Sichuan University. Huai Jinpeng, the Chinese Minister of Education, and Philippe Baptiste, the French minister for higher education and research, jointly attended and addressed the forum.

Minister Philippe Baptiste stated that the forum marks a new stage in Sino-French educational cooperation and expressed hope for enhanced dialogue to jointly address global challenges.
The forum, jointly organized by the Chinese and French education ministries, saw in-depth discussions among representatives from a hundred universities around three major topics, exploring new paradigms of educational cooperation and building consensus. The forum achieved fruitful results, with the signing of 54 cooperation outcomes, covering dual degree programs, collaborative education, and student exchanges, among others.
Through dialogue and cooperation, the educational communities of both countries are jointly writing a new chapter for the future.
