秋意渐浓，乐山市马边彝族自治县的竹笋采收工作圆满落幕。连绵青山间，最后一茬鲜嫩的秋笋被小心采下，竹海随之进入休养生息的休眠期，为来年的繁茂积蓄力量；山脚下的彝乡村民们则喜气洋洋，忙着盘点这一季的丰收成果，空气中满是新鲜竹笋的清甜气息。

As autumn deepens, the bamboo shoots harvesting work in Mabian Yi Autonomous County, Leshan City, has concluded successfully. Among the rolling green mountains, the last batch of fresh autumn bamboo shoots is carefully picked. The bamboo sea then enters a dormant period for recuperation, accumulating strength for its lush growth next year. At the foot of the mountains, villagers in Yi villages are filled with joy, busy counting the harvest results of this season, and the air is filled with the sweet fragrance of fresh bamboo shoots.

作为深受食客喜爱的食材，马边竹笋生长在海拔千米以上的洁净山区，得益于充足的云雾滋养与昼夜温差，肉质格外脆嫩肥厚，自带山林的清新风味。无论是清炒、炖汤，还是制成笋干、腌笋，都能最大程度释放其鲜爽口感，不仅是当地人餐桌上的常客，更成了走出大山的 “生态名片”。

As an ingredient beloved by diners, Mabian bamboo shoots grow in clean mountainous areas at an altitude of over 1,000 meters. Benefiting from abundant mist nourishment and temperature differences between day and night, they have exceptionally crisp, tender and plump flesh, with a fresh flavor of the mountains. 作为马边竹笋产业核心区，大竹堡乡今年交出亮眼答卷：竹笋产量达 500 万斤，产值约 2100 万元，规模化种植的效益持续凸显。而永红乡则凭借独特的高山生态优势，培育笋用竹 3100 余亩，年产鲜笋 93 万斤、产值 279 万元，以“生态优质”为卖点，成功打开差异化市场，赢得消费者青睐。

As the core area of Mabian's bamboo shoot industry, Dazhubao Town has handed in an impressive report this year: the output of bamboo shoots reached 25 million kilograms, with an output value of approximately 21 million yuan, and the benefits of large-scale planting continue to be prominent. Relying on its unique alpine ecological advantages, Yonghong Town has cultivated more than 206 hectares of bamboo for shoots, with an annual output of 4.65 million kilograms of fresh bamboo shoots and an output value of 2.79 million yuan. It has successfully opened up a differentiated market and won consumers' favor by taking "ecological and high-quality" as its selling point.

近年来，马边竹笋产业已形成“保护与开发并重、规模与特色并举”的成熟格局。产业管理上，苏坝镇等乡镇定期召开笋山管理会议，指导农户科学采收、养护竹林，确保竹海资源可持续利用；销售模式上，当地积极拥抱 “互联网 +”，助农直播曾创下 1 分钟售出 2000 单的佳绩，让深山竹笋快速直达中国消费者的餐桌。

In recent years, Mabian's bamboo shoot industry has formed a mature pattern of "equal emphasis on protection and development, and simultaneous development of scale and characteristics". In terms of industrial management, towns such as Suba regularly hold bamboo mountain management meetings to guide farmers in scientific harvesting and bamboo forest maintenance, ensuring the sustainable use of bamboo sea resources. In terms of sales models, the local area has actively embraced the "Internet+" model. Agricultural assistance live broadcasts once achieved the outstanding result of selling 2,000 orders in one minute, allowing bamboo shoots from deep mountains to quickly reach the dining tables of consumers across the country.

据马边彝族自治县林业局数据显示，2025 年全县竹笋产量达 2.51 万吨，综合产值突破 6.5 亿元，直接带动近 3 万笋农实现人均增收 3300 元以上。如今，这片郁郁葱葱的竹海，正以可持续的“金色”回报，成为彝乡群众增收致富的坚实依靠，为乡村振兴注入源源不断的活力。

According to data from the Forestry Bureau of Mabian Yi Autonomous County, in 2025, the county's bamboo shoot output reached 25,100 tons, with a comprehensive output value exceeding 650 million yuan. This has directly driven nearly 30,000 bamboo shoot farmers to achieve a per capita income increase of more than 3,300 yuan. Today, this lush bamboo sea, with its sustainable "golden" returns, has become a solid support for the people in Yi villages to increase their income and become prosperous, injecting a steady stream of vitality into rural revitalization.
