    今年2月,宜宾市筠连县突发山体滑坡,环天智慧科技股份有限公司(以下简称环天智慧)迅速行动,6小时内完成灾区光学影像及雷达影像获取与分析,为救援提供有力支撑。

    In February this year, a sudden landslide struck Junlian County, Yibin City. Huantian Wisdom Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huantian Wisdom") responded to the emergency swiftly, completing the acquisition and analysis of optical and radar images of the affected area within six hours, providing strong support for rescue efforts.

    2021年,卫星应用在眉山尚属空白。新区另辟蹊径,专注卫星应用领域。环天智慧仅用两年就完成“环天星座”一阶段一期10颗卫星组网,一举成为全国第四、西南唯一拥有自主可控卫星星座的企业,实现120分钟全球重访。

    In 2021, Meishan faced a gap in the satellite application market. The Tianfu New Area adopted an innovative strategy, prioritizing the satellite application sector. In just two years, Huantian Wisdom completed the networking of 10 satellites in the first phase of the initial stage of the "Huantian Constellation", positioning itself as the fourth company nationwide and the unique company in southwestern China to possess an independently controlled satellite constellation. This milestone enabled a 120-minute global revisit capability, marking a significant leap forward.

    2023年,首届眉山卫星应用产业发展大会召开。会上成立商业卫星星座联盟,汇聚“高景一号”“吉林一号”等百余颗卫星,组成商用遥感“天团”,构建起眉山卫星应用产业生态的雏形。

    In 2023, the First Meishan Satellite Application Industry Development Conference was hosted. During the Conference, a Commercial Satellite Constellation Alliance was established, bringing together over 100 satellites, including "GaoJing-1" and "Jilin-1". This commercial remote sensing team has laid the foundation for Meishan’s satellite application industry ecosystem.

    2024年第二届眉山卫星产业发展大会召开,联盟“朋友圈”扩至12家,在轨卫星达280颗。这一年,卫星应用从农业土壤监测、环境动态感知向智慧城市延伸——基于时空大数据的城市基础设施数字化管理系统落地,“星瞰河山”平台提供标准影像数据超143万景,粮食估产准确率超90%。

    During the Second Meishan Satellite Application Industry Development Conference in 2024, the alliance’s "circle of friends" was expanded to 12 members, with 280 satellites in orbit. That year, satellite applications extended from agricultural soil monitoring and environment dynamic sensing to smart cities, with a digital management system for urban infrastructure based on spatial-temporal big data implemented. The platform named "Land Viewed from Satellites" provides over 1.43 million standard images, realizing a grain yield estimation accuracy rate of over 90%.

    In the competitive race of the satellite application industry, why has the New Area stood out? Reflecting on its three years of progress, the New Area’s advantage stems from three critical strategies.

    第一子:锁定卫星应用“新赛道”。新区把握“空天地一体化”趋势,以卫星应用为核心,制定针对性发展策略。

    The first strategy: Sticking to the "new track" of satellite applications. The New Area seizes the trend of "integrated sensing of space, air, and ground", places satellite applications at the heart of its strategy, and formulates targeted development policies.

    以农业领域为例,“农作物种植一张图”整合耕地保护、生产经营等四大板块,运用“遥感+北斗+AI”技术,实现30万亩耕地的“非粮化”监测、病虫害预警和产量预估,让传统农田升级为“数字农场”。

    Taking agriculture as an example, the “One Map for Crop Planting” integrates four major sections including farmland protection, along with production and management. Using “remote sensing + BeiDou Navigation Satellite System + AI” technologies, this method has enabled monitoring of “non-grain” use, warnings of plant diseases and insect pests, and yield estimation for 300,000 mu (approximately 200 square kilometers) of farmland, transforming conventional farmland into “digital farms”.

    第二子:攻坚创新前端新技术。当竞争者还在购买卫星数据时,眉山已联合南京航空航天大学、武汉大学等高校,在卫星载荷研发、遥感大模型等前沿领域发力。

    The second strategy: Tackling challenges in cutting-edge new technologies. While competitors are purchasing satellite data, Meishan has collaborated with universities such as Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Wuhan University to make breakthroughs in satellite payload research and development, large remote sensing models, and other advanced fields.

    南京航空航天大学“空间智能感知与大模型应用联合实验室”成立,专注于北斗干扰源定位、星载AI分析等技术突破。环天智慧自主研发的EFA-Net大模型,融合多源数据,让“星瞰河山”平台粮食估产准确率超90%,农田监测精度达0.5米。

    The “Joint Laboratory for Spatial Intelligent Sensing and Large Model Applications” at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics specializes in breakthroughs in technologies including BeiDou interference source localization and on-board AI analysis. While the EFA-Net large model, independently developed by Huantian Wisdom, incorporates multi-source data to boost the “Land Viewed from Satellites” platform’s grain yield estimation accuracy to over 90% and farmland monitoring precision to 0.5 meters.

    The third strategy: Building a “Satellite-Ground Collaboration” new ecosystem. The New Area has opened arms to embrace a multi-layered industrial collaboration system. Through the Commercial Satellite Constellation Alliance, the New Area brings together 280 in-orbit satellites to build a global remote sensing data pool, further archiving cross-enterprise satellite resource dispatching. Additionally, an industry guidance fund of RMB 5 billion has been established, and a “government fund + social capital” investment and financing ecosystem has been constructed. Taking advantage of the “1+4” future industry framework, the New Area is promoting collaboration between satellite technology and low-altitude drones, increasing resource utilization efficiency by 30% in agricultural plant protection.

    With these three key strategies in place, Meishan has initially formed a satellite industry development model encompassing “application driving, technological breakthroughs, and ecosystem collaboration”.

    Industry Sets Sail Anew: The Rise from Satellite Applications to “Space Economy”

    位于新区的中国西部卫星产业园,不久前迎来卫星产业配套项目,专攻生产商业卫星发射台所需压力传感器。

    Located in the New Area, the Western China Satellite Industrial Park recently ushered in a supporting project for the satellite industry, specializing in the production of pressure sensors for commercial satellite launch pads.

    “要以建设西部商业航天港为抓手,通过内培外引建强星、箭、场产业链,着力打造商业航天创新发展高地。”站在第三届眉山卫星应用产业发展大会的节点,按照省委的要求,新区以“星链”为纽带,谋划从卫星应用向“空天经济”跃升。

    “Through keeping a firm grasp on building a western commercial aerospace hub, Meishan is strengthening the satellite-rocket-launch site industry chain by fostering internal growth and attracting external expertise, striving to create a center for commercial aerospace innovation and development.” On the occasion of the third Conference, the New Area adheres to the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee’s requirements and takes the “satellite industry chain” as a bond to elevate satellite applications into “space economy.”

    2025年,环天智慧计划再发射10颗卫星,在轨卫星总数将达20颗;到2030年,“环天星座”将完成50颗卫星组网,实现全球任意点30分钟重访、三天数据更新,“卫星即服务”成为现实。

    Huantian Wisdom is scheduled to launch 10 more satellites in 2025, bringing the total number of in-orbit satellites to 20. By 2030, the “Huantian Constellation” will complete the networking of 50 satellites, achieving a 30-minute revisit capability for any spot worldwide and data updates every three days. It is expected that “satellite as a service” will become a reality.

    看产业链上下游,中国西部卫星产业园内,上游微纳星空等企业填补卫星载荷制造空白;中游环天智慧联合长光卫星研发整星,降低成本30%;下游“新眉农服”系统连接40多家社会化服务机构,将卫星数据转化为农户可操作的田间指令。

    Regarding the upstream and downstream of the industry chain, in the Western China Satellite Industrial Park, upstream companies like Minospace fill the gap in satellite payload manufacturing; midstream, Huantian Wisdom collaborates with Chang Guang Satellite to develop complete satellites, reducing costs by 30%; downstream, the “Tianfu New Area (Meishan) Agricultural Service” system connects over 40 social service organizations, converting satellite data into operational field instructions for farmers.

    By 2030, Meishan aims to build the RMB 10 billion-level satellite industry cluster. Concurrently, the "Huantian Constellation" will achieve global networking, cementing its leadership in China’s commercial remote sensing sector. Through concrete actions, Meishan demonstrates that on the road to high-quality development, innovation knows no limits.
