11月22日,小雪节气,由四川日报主办、五粮液独家冠名的“大咖话川酒”(第一季)第三期收官之站在成都杜甫草堂观澜堂开讲。本期“大咖话川酒”以“蜀酒浓无敌”为主题,一众诗酒爱好者欣然赴约,以流芳千年的名句“蜀酒浓无敌”为切入点,以诗为引,以文为韵,以酒为媒,共话诗酒文脉。
On November 22nd, during the solar term of Minor Snow, the third episode of “Experts’ Insights into Sichuan Baijiu” (Season 1) with Wuliangye acting as its exclusive strategic partner and Sichuan Daily as its organizer, concluded at Guanlan Hall of Chengdu Du Fu Thatched Cottage Museum. The theme of this episode was “Sichuan Baijiu has an unparalleled flavor”. A group of poetry and wine enthusiasts eagerly attended the event, taking the famous phrase “Sichuan Baijiu has an unparalleled flavor” that has been circulating for thousands of years as the starting point. At the event, participants utilized poems as a guide, literature as the charm, and Sichuan Baijiu as a medium to discuss the cultural context of poetry and wine.

“自有文学,便有酒诗。”作为本场活动主讲嘉宾,中国杜甫研究会会长、重庆国学院院长、西南大学博士生导师刘明华,向现场嘉宾分享了诗与酒千载之间的巅峰共鸣、“和美”交融。刘明华表示,川酒名扬中外,始于杜甫名句“蜀酒浓无敌”。川酒与杜甫的诗句,亦彼此相辅相成。
“Where there is literature, there is wine-themed poems.” As the keynote speaker of this event, Liu Minghua, president of the China Du Fu Research Association, dean of the Chinese Culture Academy of Chongqing, and doctoral supervisor of Southwest University, shared with the guests the profound resonance and “harmonious coexistence” between poetry and wine over the course of thousands of years. Liu noted that Sichuan Baijiu’s reputation at home and abroad begins with Du Fu’s famous phrase “Sichuan Baijiu has an unparalleled flavor”, and Sichuan Baijiu perfectly complements the timeless elegance of Du Fu’s poem.

刘明华认为,“诗酒人生”与文学的发展与成熟紧密相连。而“蜀酒浓无敌”,则是天、地、人合力所造就出的浓香。天是气候,地是水分,人则是勤劳聪明的工匠和潇洒浪漫的文人。人们对香醇美酒充满热爱与敬意,由此孕育出了独具中国特色的蜀酒。它不仅赢得了全球华人的青睐,也惊艳了世界各地的品酒爱好者。
Liu Minghua believed that “a life with poetry and wine” is closely related to the development and maturity of literature. The reason why “Sichuan Baijiu has an unparalleled flavor” lies in the harmonious blending of heaven, earth, and humans. Heaven represents the climate, earth symbolizes the water, and humans encompass diligent and intelligent craftsmen and dashing and romantic literati. Humans are full of love and respect for savoury and mellow wine, thus giving birth to the unique Sichuan Baijiu with Chinese features. It has not only won the favor of Chinese people around the world, but also amazed global wine lovers.

During the three roundtable dialogue sessions, distinguished literary guests included Zhang Zhe, president of the Chongqing Writers Association and winner of the Lu Xun Literature Prize, Jia Mengwei, deputy president of the Jiangsu Writers Association and secretary of the Association’s Secretariat, and editor-in-chief of “Zhongshan” magazine, Yan An, deputy president of the Shaanxi Writers Association, president and executive editor-in-chief of “Yanhe” magazine, and winner of the Lu Xun Literature Prize, Wang Jianbing, former deputy president of the Henan Writers Association and deputy president of the Chinese Prose Society, and Luo Weizhang, deputy president of the Sichuan Writers Association and editor-in-chief of “Sichuan Literature” magazine. They provided an in-depth analysis of the image of Sichuan Baijiu in Du Fu’s poems, revealing the intricate connections between the masterpieces of this millennia-old literary master and the thousand-year-old wine, and further elaborating on the significant role played by Sichuan Baijiu in the history of Chinese literature.

“The mutual stimulation and resonance of the culture and wine of the Shu region have undoubtedly left the most profound, enduring, and ancient imprint on the history of Chinese literature.” During the roundtable dialogues, the guests believed that throughout history, wine has consistently served as a cultural metaphor within poems, songs, and essays, and the tangible wine is used to express intangible cultural aesthetic pursuits. Additionally, these “artistic expressions” were recorded and passed down through the works of countless literati, allowing the luscious wine to shine in tandem with poetry.
活动现场还增设多个趣味互动场景。观澜堂外石桥两侧列有名师大家书法作品;观澜堂内设有互动体验活动“以名成诗 墨香相赠”,参与者先利用AI技术把姓名自动生成一句诗,书法老师再将其现场书写制成诗歌卷轴,墨香留存,别有趣味;此外,还有古筝、琵琶等传统乐器演奏轮番上演,呈现一派“和美”氛围。
The event also featured a variety of engaging and interactive activities. On both sides of the stone bridge outside Guanlan Hall, there were calligraphy works by famous calligraphy teachers and masters. Meanwhile, there was an interactive experience activity titled “composing poems with names for literary mementos” inside Guanlan Hall. Participants adopted AI technology to automatically generate a line of a poem incorporating their names. Then, the calligraphy teacher transcribed the poem on-site to create a poem scroll for a literary memento, which was extremely intriguing. Besides, traditional instruments such as Chinese Zither and Pipa were played on the site, presenting an atmosphere of “harmonious coexistence” between culture and artistry.
