The Illustration Exhibition of The Parisianer Makes Its Debuts at Chengdu IFS in SW China

正值巴黎奥运会火热举办之际，恰逢中法建交60周年暨中法文化旅游年，成都IFS携手法国驻成都总领事馆、法国文化中心以及成都法语联盟，于7月30日至8月26日在成都IFS七层艺术廊开启“巴黎人-城市中的运动”插画展西南首展，通过艺术、体育与城市的多元场景融合，为大家带来独一无二的文化体验。

On the occasion of the Paris Olympics and the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France, Chengdu IFS holds the illustration exhibition of The Parisianer in the Art Gallery on the 7th floor of the Chengdu IFS from July 30 th to August 26th, in collaboration with the Consulate General of France in Chengdu, the Institut français de Chine and the Alliance Française Chengdu,bringing the visitors a unique cultural experience through the fusion of art, sport and urban scenes.

Highlight One: Diverse Visual Presentations

插画展共分为九大章节，汇聚了38位来自世界各地、风格迥异的当代知名插画师的画作，插画师敏锐地捕捉人们在日常生活中的运动身姿与艺术灵感，让观众能从画作中感受体育带来的独特趣味。“本次展览作品汇聚了众多法国与世界卓越艺术家，通过诗意、独特、幽默及充满节日氛围的画面来展现巴黎这座城市。”展览嘉宾分享道。观众可欣赏到不同风格、不同色彩搭配、不同艺术表现形式的插画作品。

The Parisianer is divided into 9 chapters, featuring artworks by 38 contemporary well-known illustrators from around the world, each with a distinct style. The illustrators have keenly captured the movements and artistic inspirations of people in daily life, allowing the visitors to feel the unique charm of sports through the artworks. "This exhibition brings together many outstanding artists from France and around the world, presenting Paris through poetic, unique, humorous, and festive images," said the event organizer. When appreciating the exhibition, the visitors can appreciate illustrations with different styles, color combinations, and artistic expressions.

Highlight Two: Strong French Atmosphere

蒙萨式屋顶、埃菲尔铁塔、卢浮宫、巴黎圣母院、凯旋门、塞纳河畔……无数法国特色元素在插画展中一一呈现，浓郁的法国风情在建筑、生活场景和生活方式中都能寻觅到踪迹。走进插画展，如同穿梭在巴黎大街小巷，每一个经典地标都是历史魅力与现代活力的交汇。

在插画展“创新飞跃”章节，以巴黎奥运会新增设的四项运动——霹雳舞、滑板、攀岩和冲浪为主题创作的画作，展现出运动者在巴黎城市里跃动的身姿，以勇于挑战与不断突破的姿态，鼓励每个勇敢追梦的人。

Elements like Mansard roofs, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Notre Dame de Paris, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Seine River are prominently featured, providing a rich French atmosphere in the illustrations. Visitors can feel as if they are wandering the streets of Paris, with each landmark blending historical charm and modern vitality.

The "Innovative Leap" chapter showcases artworks themed around four new sports added to the Paris Olympics: breakdancing, skateboarding, climbing, and surfing. These pieces depict athletes' dynamic movements in the city, encouraging everyone to bravely chase their dreams with a spirit of challenge and innovation.

Highlight Three: Urban Sports Culture

击剑、跳水、乒乓……无数的运动项目完美隐藏在巴黎日常生活场景里，如餐厅、地铁、河畔、酒吧等等。生活里的艺术和运动项目在本次插画展中有了一次完美碰撞。观众甚至可以通过看画作猜运动项目，看不同的艺术家如何发挥想象力，在城市中展现不一样的运动项目。

在插画展“悠享城市”章节，人们崇尚悠闲、尽享自然，热爱美食、美酒、音乐与艺术的身影随处可见，伴随着场所与季节更替，他们通过射箭、飞盘、击剑等运动释放热情、优雅狂欢。在“天空共舞”章节，观众可坐在沙发上向画作眺望，画作犹如一扇窗，透过窗户，看到更广阔宁静的空间。

Fencing, diving, table tennis...Countless sports are seamlessly integrated into daily Parisian life, found in settings like restaurants, subways, riversides, and bars. The exhibition beautifully merges the art of everyday life with various sports. Visitors can even play a game of guessing the sport from the artworks, seeing how different artists creatively depict sports in urban settings.

The "Leisure in the City" chapter celebrates a love for a leisurely lifestyle, nature, food, wine, music, and art. As seasons and locations change, people express their passion and joy through sports like archery, frisbee, and fencing. In the "Dancing with the Sky" chapter, visitors can sit on a sofa and gaze at the artworks, which serve as windows into broader, tranquil spaces.

除此之外，插画展的装置体现了浓浓的运动氛围，让运动文化更加直观呈现，如刚步入展览，观众可沿着巴黎奥运会的浪漫紫色跑道前行，现场还有篮球、网球等项目供观众体验。

Additionally, the exhibition features installations that vividly showcase sports culture. Upon entering, visitors follow a romantic purple track, inspired by the Paris Olympics, trying out activities like basketball and tennis.

本次展览让观众仿佛缓步漫游于浪漫的巴黎，于城中探索历史文化建筑、感受奥运精神、享受悠闲生活，一幅极富意趣的巴黎画卷在观者面前徐徐展开。

This exhibition offers visitors a leisurely stroll through the romantic streets of Paris, exploring historical and cultural landmarks, experiencing the Olympic spirit, and enjoying a relaxed lifestyle. A rich and engaging Parisian scene unfolds before the visitors.
