Over 3,000 years ago, the ancient Shu ancestors drew inspiration from the sun to create the ingenious Sun and Immortal Birds gold foil relic. More than 3,000 years later, the ancient Shu sacred birds once again spread their wings, unveiling a mesmerizing Cosplay where the threads of ancient and modern fashion seamlessly intertwine.

日前，成都本土造型设计师、国风达人小梦(本名：李孟羲)以出土于成都金沙遗址的太阳神鸟金饰为灵感，提取出神秘而浪漫的古蜀符号，经过繁复的设计、裁剪、刺绣等环节，设计出一套古蜀气息浓郁的华丽服饰。飘逸灵动的质感，用艺术的表达将我们带回到尚无文字记载的古蜀时代：那里的人们，虔诚地礼敬着太阳，用青铜铸造礼器，用黄金打造饰品，在古老的成都平原上创造着文明……

A few days ago, Xiao Meng, also known as Li Mengxi, a Chengdu-based designer and a celebrity with Chinese style, extracted mysterious and romantic ancient Shu symbols from the Sun and Immortal Birds gold foil relic unearthed at Chengdu’s Jinsha Site. After a complicated process involving design, tailoring, and embroidery, Xiao Meng produced a set of stunning garments rich in ancient Shu elements. This set of graceful costumes takes us back to the ancient Shu era in an artistic way: The people there devoutly worshipped the sun, forged sacrificial vessels from bronze, and made jewelry with gold, contributing to the flourishing civilization on the ancient Chengdu Plain...

而回到这个想法诞生的时刻，小梦表示：“我去过很多国家，发现越来越多的外国人都喜欢上了中国传统文化，知道汉服甚至马面裙。作为一个土生土长的四川人，我有个想法，就是让全世界都知道我们璀璨的古蜀文明。”

Speaking of his motivation, Xiao Meng says: “I’ve been to lots of countries, and found there were more and more foreigners falling in love with Chinese traditional culture. Some of them knew about Hanfu and even horse-face skirts. As a native of Sichuan, an idea came into my mind that I’d like to make the brilliant ancient Shu civilization well-known all over the world.”
