“与人平视时，讲话的感觉是不一样的。”这是我们采访“外骨骼机器人”穿戴试验员林寒时，他说的最让人触动的一句话。

"It's different when I talk to someone at eye level."Lin Han said, expressing the most touching sentiments we heard during our interview with him.

林寒2013年意外摔伤，导致背部脊髓损伤，下肢丧失行动能力。2015年，他作为志愿者试穿这套外骨骼机器人，如今已熟练掌握了使用方式。

In 2013, Lin Han fell down and got injured accidentally, resulting in a spinal cord injury in his back, and couldn't walk anymore. In 2015, he volunteered to test the exoskeleton robot. Since then, Lin Han has already proficiently mastered the skills needed to use it.

电影里的钢铁侠给人无所不能的感觉，但这毕竟是科幻电影。你可能不知道，现实生活中，已经有残障人士，通过类似这种科幻电影里的方式，重新站了起来。

In the film Iron Man, the protagonist always makes the audience feel that he is omnipotent, characteristic of the science fiction genre. However, what may surprise you is that some disabled people stand up again through the avenues in science fiction films.

“重新站立起来的不只是双腿，更是自己的内心。”对林寒来说，站起来和人平视讲话，平的不仅仅是视线。如今，35岁的他有了自己的家庭和孩子。他很享受当下的生活。“平时都是我做饭，手艺还不错哦。”

"It's more than my legs standing up again; it’s my heart standing tall."When Lin Han stands up and talks to people at eye level, he senses a connection not just in the alignment of their gaze but also in their hearts. At present, Lin Han is 35 years old with a happy family and children, and he’s enjoying each moment. "In general, I cook for my family and I’m adept at it."Lin Han said.

每天，他都要穿戴外骨骼机器人训练行走，上下午各2小时，正在逐渐恢复下肢的知觉和力量。同时，林寒也在不断地帮助其他病友了解外骨骼机器人，从心理上帮助他们重新回归生活：“受伤并不可怕，可怕的是你被打倒。”

Lin Han wears the exoskeleton robot for daily walking training, dedicating two hours each morning and noon respectively. In this way, Lin Han has progressively regained the consciousness and strength of his lower limbs. Simultaneously, Lin Han has constantly helped other patients learn about the exoskeleton robot and assisted in their psychological recovery. As Lin Han reflects, "The most formidable challenge is not the physical injury but the inner defeat."

目前，第五代外骨骼机器人也正在研发中——利用人机交互技术实现用大脑意识控制机器执行指令，实现精准康复。今后，这项技术将被应用到更多需要它的人身上。

Now, the fifth-generation exoskeleton robot is in development, employing human-computer interaction techniques to enable the brain consciousness to control the machine to execute instructions for precise recovery. In the future, this technology will be applied to more people in need of its benefits.
