糌粑,是藏民族饮食中最具代表性的食品之一。糌粑的主要原材料是青稞,由青稞到糌粑生产工序并不简单。
Zanbais one of the most representative foods of the Tibetan diet,and is made mostly fromhighland barley.The production processto make Zanba from highland barleyis not easy.
那么糌粑如何食用?
在碗中放入适量的酥油,也可加入奶渣、白糖,再倒入奶茶,待酥油融化、奶渣被泡软,将茶喝到适量时加入糌粑。
Zanba is usually served with buttered tea,which starts with amoderate amount of butter, milk residue, or white sugarbeforemilky tea is pouredintothe bowl.After the butter meltsand the milk residueis softened by the tea,people drink some, butleave a goodamount of the teaintowhich they add Zanba.
接着,用左手托住碗底,右手大拇指紧扣碗边,其余四指和掌心扣压碗中的糌粑面,自左至右使小碗在左手掌上不停地旋转,边转边拌,直至捏成糌粑团。
