    回锅,即二次烹调,具体指五花肉先煮后炒,两次入锅。这道菜食材虽不复杂,但从备菜到做菜,细数起来,步骤居然多达16步!

    The “twice-cooked”part involves a second cooking stage, where the pork is cooked before it’s fried, constituting two distinct procedures. Although the ingredients are minimal, the process entails up to 16 steps, from preparing the ingredients to the final cooking.
