    Being produced in Mianzhu of Sichuan province, it is recorded in the Old Tang Book of Emperor Dezong (742-805) that Jiannanchun is considered as a royal tribute in Tang dynasty. Leaded by the chief engineer Xu Zhancheng, Austin Guidry came to the research center of Jiannanchun, and scientists of Jiannanchun are using modern technology and new concepts to make new illustrations and innovations in baijiu.
