Omelette
No matter you want to cook at home or order in a restaurant, you have to know that every ingredient has a “mission”. Surely, eggs cannot be exempted.
Eggs are never difficult to find. They do not have many alternatives because they have so many functions in recipes. The unique structures of the yolks and whites make eggs an irreplaceable ingredient in cooking. That’s why the love for eggs is the same wherever you are. For example, Omurice, which is also called Japanese Omelette Rice, is one of the most famous and popular dishes of yoshoku.
Omurice (Japanese Omelette Rice)
It’s easy to distinguish Omurice from omelette. The stuffing is totally different. You can regard traditional omelette as “eggs roll hams and diced vegetables” while Omurice is “eggs roll rice”. Both the two dishes are romantic, because either of them looks like eggs are hugging other ingredients to create a yummy dish!
Similarly, in China, “romantic eggs” are also considered as one of the most important ingredients in kitchen. You know what? The Chinese eat more than 400,000,000 eggs a year!

Soft egg roll
Different from crunchy egg rolls which are always consumed as snacks, egg rolls are also important as egg roll wrappers in our dinner table just by adding diced spring onion and ham. Inside the roll, well, there is a lot to choose. Basically you can add whatever you want, just like spring rolls. You also can choose it as your breakfast with a cup of milk, to open an energetic day!
