What are these Green Round Balls?

Tomb Sweeping Day is ahead! As you can tell from the name, tomb sweeping is the most important activity to do. But on this day, you will also see these green balls!

What are they?

In fact, they are called Qingtuan, also Green Rice Balls. They are commonly and widely consumed in south part of China on Tomb Sweeping Day, especially the region south of the Yangtze River.
