Huili, is located in the southernmost part of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture and faces the Yunnan province across the Jinsha River. Since ancient times, Huili has been an essential node for business and trade between Western Sichuan and Yunnan, known as “the key to Sichuan and Yunnan”.
