Sponsored by the Publicity Department of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee, the Cyberspace Affairs of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Radio and Television, the event "Years of Lights and Shadows : Sichuan In Camera Lens" online audiovisual works collection and dissemination activity starts! The event will collect audio-visual works produced by individuals, groups, and institutes from the country.

“时代光影 百部川扬”，借“百步穿杨”谐音，在奋进新时代的火热征程中，运用各种现代视听科技手段，创作呈现千百部优秀网络视听作品，在国际国内展示美丽、飞扬、蓬勃、向上的四川。

This event aims at present a beautiful, vibrant, and positive Sichuan image on the international and domestic stage through great audio-visual works.

活动围绕“四化同步、城乡融合、五区共兴”，以“看见四川每一面”为主线串联四大主题，主题拟分为“同步奋进”、“仙乡人居”、“共兴之歌”、“蜀人蜀事”，深刻展示新时代四川推动治蜀兴川再上新台阶的生动实践。

The event consists of four themes, including coordinated development, rural revitalization, ecological protection, and Sichuan stories, to reveal the achievement of Sichuan’s development in the new era.

同步奋进

Coordinated development

展现四川推动新型工业化、信息化、城镇化和农业现代化同步演进、一体布局发展，对四川全面协调发展的成果、成就，科技创新、工作创新等进行展示。

It aims at displaying the achievements of Sichuan’s synchronized development of industrialization, IT application, urbanization and agricultural modernization.

仙乡人居

Rural revitalization

宋人白逊称赞蜀地称“天地截作神仙乡”。反映四川在城乡融合发展中，延伸城市基础设施、公共服务、传播现代文明，城乡共同繁荣的新局面。

It reflects the efforts Sichuan has made to promote the development of infrastructure, public service, civilization in rural area.

Ecological protection

反映成都平原、川南、川东北、攀西经济区和川西北生态示范区协同共兴。打响“天府之国、安逸四川、熊猫家园、古蜀文明”四大品牌；挖掘“降碳、减污、扩绿、增长”生态保护案例，大力推行绿色低碳生产生活新理念。

It presents the integrated development of Chengdu Plain, Southern Sichuan, Northeastern Sichuan, Panxi economic circle, and ecological demonstration zone in Northwestern Sichuan, focusing on the ecological protection.

以“小切口、正能量、大情怀”为特点，把镜头对准平凡人和身边事，以小切口展现大主题，以小创作汇聚正能量，用优秀视听作品呈现认真践行新时代党的路线、方针、政策的新作为。

It focuses on the ordinary people. To present the positive social mood through ordinary people and things.

征集对象及范围

Candidates and Assessment

面向省内外有网络视听作品创作生产能力的机构、团队和个人征集作品。

参评作品应为2023年1月至2023年12月期间创作或首播的原创网络视听作品，作品类型包括短视频、网络剧、网络电影、网络动漫、网络纪录片、网络栏目、网络综艺、网络音频节目等。

The competition is open to organizations, teams and individuals outside the province and abroad who have the capacity to create audiovisual works on the Internet. Entries should be original audiovisual works created or first broadcasted between January 2023 and December 2023, including short videos, streaming dramas, films, animations, documentaries, programmes, variety shows, audio programmes, etc.

作品要求

Requirements

(1)主题鲜明，以现实题材为主，坚持守正创新，讲品位、讲格调、讲责任。

The theme should be clear, with realistic themes as the main theme, innovating on the basis of what has worked in the past, representing taste, style and responsibility.

(2)参评作品应注明标题、拍摄地点、时间、作品描述等基本信息。

Entries should include basic information such as title, location, time and description of the work.

(3)参评作品建议上传1080P ( 1920x1080)或更高分辨率的视频，横竖屏不限，尺寸不限，时长不限。音频音量大小正常、清楚，无爆音、杂音等。

Entries are recommended to be in 1080p (1920x1080) or higher resolution. The duration and size are not limited, and you can choose either horizontal or vertical screen; audio volume should be normal and clear, with no pops, noises, etc.

(4)作品应保留拍摄原件，如因著作权等知识产权发生纠纷，无法提供保留原始EXIF信息等的原始文件进行证明，活动主办方有权取消作品评选资格。

Entries should be retained in their original form. In case of disputes over copyright and other intellectual property rights, the organizer of the event reserves the right to disqualify the work from the selection process if the artist is able to provide original documents that retain the original EXIF information, etc. for proof.

The selection of outstanding entries

优秀作品。专业组分别评选最佳作品10件；优秀作品30件；提名作品60件。非专业组评选优秀作品20件。城市、企事业形象宣传片评选优秀作品20件。

Outstanding entries. 10 best works, 30 outstanding works, and 60 nominated works for the professional group. 20 best works for the non-professional group. 20 best publicity films.

优秀创作人才。在参评作品中评选优秀制片人、编剧、导演、摄影、后期剪辑、美术、原创音乐等各1名。

Outstanding Content Creator. One each of outstanding producer, writer, director, cinematographer, post-production, art and original music will be selected among all entries.

优秀人气作品。分别评选最受网民喜爱的最佳作品1件、优秀作品2件、提名作品3件。

Popular Works. One best work, two outstanding works and three nominated works were selected respectively based on opinions given by netizens.
