Jiuhuang Mountain is a national 4A-level scenic spot located in Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County, Sichuan Province. According to legend, the ancestor of Qiang assigned his nine sons to the territory, and the ninth son, Er Guoji, led his people to establish their homeland here, so the people called this place "Jiuhuang Mountain".

Jiuhuang Mountainis a collection of humanities and nature. The ancient cultural relics and living customs of Western Qiang are completely preserved and truly reproducedhere. Apart from this, Jiuhuang Mountain is also famous for its top ten natural landscapes.

There is “the First Watchtower of Western Qiang”up to 38.8 meters high standing on the top of the mountain, and the first alpine cave in the southwest named "YuanwangCave". In addition to that,a spectacular waterfall group composed of the"Ten Miles of Arrow Bamboo Sea" etc.In spring, pink flowersof Magnoliabloom all over the mountain, whilein winter,it turns into a world of crystal snow and ice!
