The red fox is a familiar type of fox in a big body size. They are distributed around the northern hemisphere and can be seen in the forests, grasslands, hills of northeastern, northwestern and northern China.

As its name suggests, they are red except for the while belly, black legs and tip of ears. Their amber eyes are especially elegant. Their furs vary according to the season and region: the red foxes in the South have thin and short fur while the red foxes in the North have dense and long fur.

As good athletes, the red foxes are good at running, jumping, swimming. They can run at the speed of over 50 kilometers per hour when chasing after the preys.
