兔狲，光看名字跟猫没有半毛钱关系。但是，它和老虎狮子豹子一样，确实是猫科动物大家族的一员。

兔狲拥有一双小短腿，天生就不是速度型选手，在一众猫科动物中名列末尾。因为跑得慢，兔狲在漫长的进化中习得了另外一项保护自己的技能——变身术。兔狲的毛色会根据季节改变。冬天，为了把自己藏身雪地，它的毛色更苍白，花纹较少;夏天，它会换上布满条纹的红褐色“花毛衣”。

Because they are slow runners, rabbits have acquired another skill in their long evolution to protect themselves, color-shifting. Its color varies with the season.
