“川味”新春特别节目《乡厨》，今晚上线“开席”

以四川美食为主题的系列纪录片《川味》又出新篇：特别节目《乡厨》将于1月24日起，连续4天18时在中央电视台财经频道CCTV-2播出。同时，哔哩哔哩也将进行网络首播，并同步推出四川方言版;新加坡星河start hub也将同日进行海外首播。

The special documentary will broadcast on CCTV-2 for four days at 6 p.m. from January 24.Meanwhile, it will premiere online on Bilibili, and release aSichuan dialect version.

It willalso debuton Start hub on the same day in Singapore.

由导演彬歌打造的《川味》美食文化系列纪录片，此前已推出三季，在全球50余个国家和地区电视台上线播出，以美食为媒，向世界展示四川文化。

Legendary Taste of Sichuan,the food and culture documentary series, directed by Bin Ge, has previously released three seasons onTVin more than 50 countries and regions around the world, showing Sichuan culture to the world by Sichuan cuisine.

此次播出的《乡厨》一共四集，收录了两年多时间里在四川大地上寻找和拍摄到的众多美食、人物和乡村故事。

The four episodes of Tasteare a collection of food, people and rural stories found in Sichuan over the past two years.

北起曾家山，南到筠连高坎，西到古路悬崖村，东到酉水河畔的渔村，主创将视角转向人物本身，以长年活跃在乡村的乡厨作为拍摄主体，既有活跃在成都近郊大幸福村和盐井村的乡村厨师，也有嘉陵江边鸳溪渔村回乡创业的致富带头人，有升钟湖边卧龙鲊的制作人，也有青衣江畔木雅兰舍的造梦人……以他们的视角，为观众展现一个陌生而熟悉的新乡村图景。

From Zengjia Mountain to Junlian County, from Cliff Village to fishing village,the director turns the perspective to characters in the story, taking the country chef as the main subject, depicting the life of village chefs, rural entrepreneurs, snack vendors and dream chasersand presenting the new countryside to the audience.

本季节目由温国兵担任执行导演，知名主持人罗小刚担任方言版配音，巴蜀文化学者袁廷栋、王旭东、李鲤等担任民俗及文化顾问，《川味人间》作者曾颖担任艺术顾问

This season is executed by Wen Guobing, with well-known host Luo Xiaogang as the dialect dubber, Bashu culture scholars Yuan Tingdong, Wang Xudong and Li Lei as folklore advisors, and Zeng Ying, author of Taste of Sichuan, as artistic advisor.

据介绍，《乡厨》特别节目，也是《川味》第四季的先导。目前，完整版第四季后期制作正在进行中，有望在年内与观众见面

The fourth season of Legendary Taste of Sichuan, withTasteas the pilot documentary,is in production now and expected for release within this year.
