简介/Introduction

成都自然博物馆位于成华区成华大道十里店路、成都理工大学西侧，是一所以地质学为主的博物馆，其前身是成都地质学院陈列室。博物馆的建筑设计和环境设计融合了“蜀山”“蜀道”“蜀水”等四川本土元素, 总建筑面积50520平方米，有6个常设展厅和2个临时展厅。馆藏品达6万余件。

Located in Shilidian Road, Chenghua Avenue, Chenghhua district, the west side of Chengdu University of Technology, Chengdu Museum of Nature, developed from the exhibition room of Chengdu University of Technology, is a geology-themed museum covering 50520 square meters of gross floorage with 6 permanent exhibition halls and 2 temporary exhibition halls, holding over 60000 objects. Its building and environment design integrate the Sichuan elements including "Sichuan mountains", "Sichuan roads", "Sichuan waters", etc.

1.地质环境厅/Geological Environment Hall

本厅以地质学的基础知识为主线，展现了宇宙空间的浩瀚无垠、天府之国的前世今生、地质作用的雄浑神奇以及地灾防治的奋斗历程。

The geological environment hall is themed the fundamental geological knowledge, aims at demonstrating the boundless cosmic space, the previous and present Sichuan, the magical geological process, and the arduous work of geological disaster prevention and management.

2.矿产环境厅/Mineral Environment Hall

本厅以“矿产资源的利用与保护”为主题，通过呈现色彩丰富的矿物、形态各异的矿产、璀璨夺目的宝石标本，揭示了它们与人类生产生活的关系，呈现出一幅人类在历史发展中不断开拓矿产资源、推动科技进步的壮阔版图。

Themed at "utilization and protection of mineral resources", through the colorful minerals, diversified mineral products, and brilliant gem specimens, the mineral environment hall aims at revealing the connection between mineral resources and human lives and presenting how people explore the mineral resources and promote scientific and technological development.

3.龙行川渝厅/Sichuan Dinosaur Hall

本厅主要展示了川渝地区发掘的恐龙化石。一座座钢架支撑起的恐龙骨架惟妙惟肖，高低错落，瞬间带领游客穿越回数亿年前的侏罗纪世界。

The Sichuan dinosaur hall displays the dinosaur fossils discovered in Sichuan and Chongqing. Held up by steel frames, the well-spaced dinosaur bones bring you back to the Jurassic period hundreds of million years ago.

4.恐龙探秘厅/Dinosaur Exploration Hall

本厅通过骨架呈现、局部骨骼、模型、足迹、场景模拟、投影互动等方式，为游客还原各个时代恐龙的形态和习性。厅内展台的整体设计为抽象的几何形山体造型，充分利用了空间与光影，将各类恐龙的勇猛身姿完美呈现。

Through the skeleton presentation, local bones, models, footprints, scene simulation, projection, etc., the dinosaur exploration hall represents dinosaurs' appearances and habits of different periods. The exhibition stands are shaped as abstract geometrical mountains, presenting the powerful appearances of various dinosaurs through space and shadow.

5.生命探源展厅/Life Exploration Hall

以“发现生命的惊奇”为故事主线，讲述了地球生命起源及生物进化的漫长历史。展厅通过对海洋生物、陆地动物和植物模型的布景，采用现代科技手段，再现自然环境和生物群落的生活形态、生活环境。

Themed at "discovering the amazing lives", the life exploration hall demonstrates the origin and evolution of lives on the earth. By setting the models of marine organisms, land animals and plants, and employing modern technology, it aims at representing the natural environment and biocenosis' lifestyle and living conditions.

6.缤纷生命展厅/Life Display Hall

本展厅的300余件自然标本涵盖了生活在地球七大洲的物种，展现了种类繁多的现代生物以及与人类息息相关的生态系统。

Holding over 300 natural specimens of the species inhabit on the seven continents, the life display hall presents the diversified modern creatures and the ecosystem closely related to human beings.
