一身白色连衣裙毛衣，个子精瘦的周莉亚，把头发盘在脑后，配上清秀的瓜子脸，有股四川姑娘的麻利劲儿。

Wearing a white dress, with hair pulled back, Zhou Liya is a typical Sichuan girl with a slim figure and delicate face.

周莉亚出生在山清水秀的峨眉山市，她从小对舞蹈兴趣浓厚，六年级开始就在峨眉山市青少年宫学习基本功。

Born in the picturesque Emeishan City, Zhou Liya found her keen interest in dancing from a young age and has been learning the basic skills at the Emeishan Youth Palace since the sixth grade.

“当时很多小朋友都很厉害，我在里面不算天然条件最好的。”周莉亚回忆说，或许是她对舞蹈的那股热爱和认真打动了老师，小学毕业后，成功进入了四川艺术职业学院继续学习舞蹈。

"Back then many kids were good, and I was not considered the most talented ones." Zhou Liya recalls. Perhaps it was her passion for dancing that impressed her teachers, she managed to enter the Sichuan Arts Vocational College after primary school.

学校教员项宗绪回忆到，当时周莉亚个子小小，但身体素质好，对待舞蹈非常认真。一次课上，练习侧空翻，她练了许久都没法达标，就在课后主动要求加练，回课时完美地完成了这个动作，但此时老师发现这个小姑娘的双腿已满是淤青。

There were power and determination in that small body. As Xiang Zongxu, her instructor recalls, they were practicing side somersault in class but somehow she just couldn’t reach the standard. so she asked for extra practice after class and completed the move perfectly when back, even though her legs were covered in bruises.

专业舞蹈的学习打开了周莉亚的视野，让她看到了全国更优秀的舞者和创作者。她更是一鼓作气进入北京舞蹈学院表演系学习，在逐梦舞蹈的路上一往直前。

Professional training has broadened her horizons and allowed her to see talented dancers and choreographers across the country. She furthered her study at the Performance Department of the Beijing Dance Academy and is still on her way to pursuing dancing dreams.

敬畏与传承，真诚让心灵照见彼此

《只此青绿》讲述了一位故宫青年研究员“穿越”回北宋，以“展卷人”视角“窥”见画家王希孟创作《千里江山图》的故事。

The Journey of a Legendary Landscape Painting tells the story of a researcher from the Palace Museum who has devoted himself to studying the masterpiece, traveling back in time to witness the moment when the genius painter was about to finish the work, which is inspired by a well-known Song Dynasty painting, A Panorama of Rivers and Mountains, created by painter Wang Ximeng.

创作过程可谓困难重重。据周莉亚透露，该剧仅前期创作就耗时一年多，创排用了5个月，为了让作品更为专业准确，主创团队不仅翻阅了大量的文献资料，还邀请故宫博物院的专家以及国画颜料、徽墨、宣笔、双林绫绢织造等制作技艺的非物质文化遗产传承人担任顾问，多次进行座谈交流。

It took the production crew nearly a year and a half to prepare for the show, while its cast members took five months to finish their rehearsal before taking to the stage, Zhou said.

The crew also review a large amount of literature and turn to experts from the National Palace Museum and the inheritor of intangible cultural heritage in pigment for Chinese painting, Hui ink-stick, Xuan writing-brush for professional advice.

周莉亚非常享受全身心沉浸在舞蹈创作中的时光，带着深深地敬畏和热爱创作了《只此青绿》。

Zhou devoted herself to the choreography with love and respect.

她相信，作品就像一面镜子，你是怎么样的人，怎么样的心态去面对你的创作，它就是怎么样的在舞台上，而它的质感、状态、用心程度，观众也是能够感受到的，“所以说真诚是我们作为创作者，是我们对待观众，对待作品，从事这份职业应该有的。”

She believes that a work is like a mirror, enabling the audience to feel the creator’s attitude, passion, and elaboration.

“As a creator, the sincerity to our audience, our work and our occupation is indispensable.”

《只此青绿》未来会在周莉亚家乡的省会成都演出。

The show will be staged in Chengdu, the provincial capital city of her hometown Sichuan.

借助春晚在社交网络上走红后，网友们掀起了模仿“青绿腰”的热潮。

People set off a fever of imitating the bending down on the Internet.

作为编导，周莉亚给网友们分享了动作诀窍。

As the choreographer, Zhou shared her tips for bending down.

青绿腰其实对人腹部的核心肌肉的力量是有一定要求的。弯腰不难，但是青绿腰需要你缓缓的把腰弯下去，就存在一定难度，力量不够的话，腰部肌肉还会有强烈的颤抖。

The bending down in the Poetic Dance requires the strength of the core muscle on the abdomen. It may be easy to bend down, but hard to bend down slowly. You may tremble if you don’t have enough strength.

排练初期，演员们为了保持缓慢的弯腰速度，也进行了反复练习，所以练好“青绿腰”可不是一朝一夕之功。

At the beginning of rehearsals, the dancers practiced time and again for the slow bend-over, showing that it comes not out of overnight efforts.
