随着越来越多藏族同胞来到城市工作、学习、定居，高原上的传统藏族文化也随之融入城市，其中，锅庄就是最受欢迎的形式之一。

As more and more Tibetans come to the cities for work, study, and settlement, the traditional Tibetan culture from the plateau has also merged into urban life. Among these, Guozhuang is one of the most popular forms.

锅庄舞，又称为“果卓”“歌庄”“卓”等，藏语意为圆圈歌舞，是藏族的一种传统民间舞蹈，在四川主要分布于阿坝、甘孜等地。在节日、庆典或农闲时，围成圆圈，边歌边舞，表达喜悦心情，是藏族群众生活中不可或缺的形式。

Guozhuang dance, also known as "Guozhuo," "Gezhuang," "Zhuo,"and so on in Tibetan, means circular singing and dancing. It is a traditional folk dance of the Tibetan people mainly found in areas like Aba and Ganzi in Sichuan. During festivals, celebrations, or leisure time, people form circles, sing, and dance, expressing joyful emotions. It's an indispensable part of Tibetan community life.

如今，锅庄已走向了全国各个城市的广场，不同民族、不同国家的人们纷纷加入跳锅庄的队伍。

Nowadays, Guozhuang has made its way to plazas in cities across the country, with people from different ethnic groupsand countries joining the ranks of Guozhuang dancers.
