    7月20日,四川盆地第一口万米深井——深地川科1井在广元市剑阁县开钻。

    On July 20th, the first 10,000-meter deep well in the Sichuan Basin, named Shendi Chuanke 1, began drilling in Jiange County, Guangyuan City.

    这是全球地质条件最复杂、钻井难度最高的万米深井之一;是继新疆塔里木盆地的深地塔科1井之后,我国第二口万米深井;同时也是人类在宇宙探索之外,向地心探索的又一壮举,标志着我国油气勘探开发工程技术与装备水平进入万米深层时代。

    This well is one of the most challenging deep wells in the world. It is the second 10,000-meter deep well in China after Shendi Take 1 in the Tarim Basin, Xinjiang. Additionally, it represents a remarkable achievement in exploring the Earth's interior, marking a new era for China's oil and gas exploration and development technology and equipment, venturing into the 10,000-meter deep realm.

     

    深地川科1井是中国石油在四川盆地部署的万米深地“超级工程”,由西南油气田公司主导实施。该井位于四川盆地西北部剑阁潜伏构造,设计井深10520米,计划钻至前震旦系20米完钻。

    Shendi Chuanke 1 is a "super project" of 10,000-meter deep oil and gas exploration deployed by China National Petroleum Corporation in the Sichuan Basin, led by Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company. Located in the northwest part of the Sichuan Basin, in the concealed Jiange tectonic structure, the well is designed to reach a depth of 10,520 meters, aiming to penetrate the Pre-Sinian strata by 20 meters.

    万米深地油气钻探是全球油气勘探领域超级工程,面临诸多世界级难题。而地处四川盆地的深地川科1井因其复杂的地质结构成为全球钻进难度最高的万米深井之一,对标全球13项工程难度指标,深地川科1井7项难度指标位居世界第一。

    The drilling of a 10,000-meter deep oil and gas well is considered a super project in the global oil and gas exploration field, fraught with numerous world-class challenges. Shendi Chuanke 1, situated in the Sichuan Basin, stands out for its complex geological structure, making it one of the most difficult 10,000-meter deep wells to drill worldwide. Among the 13 global engineering difficulty indicators, Shendi Chuanke 1 ranks first in seven of them.

     

    中国石油西南油气田公司副总工程师陈力力介绍,“深地川科1井”地质条件复杂、钻井难度极高,钻探过程中将面临10套纵向无规则且频繁变化的压力系统、地下万米224摄氏度的高温、138兆帕的超高压环境等世界级难题。

    The drilling difficulties mainly arise from the ultra-deep, ultra-high-temperature, and ultra-high-pressure conditions. Experts estimate that Shendi Chuanke 1 faces up to 10 pressure systems, the temperature rising to 224 degrees Celsius, and the extremely high pressure of 138 megapascals.

    为此,中国石油西南油气田、川庆钻探等公司开展了联合技术攻关:设计六开六完井身结构;攻克抗220摄氏度超高温的深井水基钻井液和油基钻井液;采用我国自主研发的12000米特深井自动化钻机……“深地川科1井”装备国产化率达到90%以上。

    To address these challenges, the Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company formed a joint research team and scientifically designed the wellbore structure. They overcame the difficulties of developing drilling fluids that can withstand ultra-high temperatures and employed a domestically developed 12,000-meter ultra-deep automated drilling rig. The domestication rate of equipment is over 90%.

    深地川科1井所在区域超深层叠置多套优质储层,成藏条件优越,一旦成功将有望发现新的超深层规模天然气增储目标区,开辟我国陆上万米超深层重大战略接替新领域,将进一步揭示震旦系地层之下的演化秘密,对探寻万米超深层规模油气资源、创新形成我国特超深层油气成藏地质理论、推动我国油气工程核心技术装备能力进步意义重大。

    The area around Shendi Chuanke 1 is characterized by multiple sets of high-quality reservoirs in ultra-deep layers, offering excellent geological conditions. A successful drilling will likely lead to the discovery of new targets for super-deep natural gas storage, paving the way for China to explore significant strategic reserves in the ultra-deep layers onshore. Furthermore, it will unveil the secrets of the strata below the Pre-Sinian era, which holds great importance in exploring large-scale oil and gas resources in the ultra-deep layers, innovating the geological theory of ultra-deep oil and gas accumulation in China, and advancing the core technology and equipment capability of China's oil and gas engineering.

     

    中国工程院院士罗平亚表示,将以万米深井的科技攻关为契机,打造一批油气勘探超深层领域的“国之重器”,形成一批基础性、原创性的科研成果,创建一批工程技术的工艺标准、规范和专利,打造国际领军人才和世界一流技术服务队伍,不断提升国家在油气勘探开发领域的核心竞争力和国际影响力。

    Academician Luo Pingya of the Chinese Academy of Engineering expressed that the scientific research and technical challenges faced in drilling 10,000-meter deep wells will be utilized to establish a batch of "national treasures" in the field of ultra-deep oil and gas exploration. This will include the creation of fundamental and original scientific research results, the establishment of engineering technology standards, norms, and patents, fostering international leading talents and world-class technical service teams, and continually enhancing the country's core competitiveness and international influence in the field of oil and gas exploration and development.
