The Western China International Fair (WCIF) held its 19th edition starting from June 29th,with the Thai Pavilion opening at the same time.

第十九届中国西部国际博览会于29日在四川成都开幕，泰国国家馆也同期开馆。

Before the opening ceremony, Thailand, as the country of honor of the WCIF, held the opening ceremony of the Thai Pavilion. Pornpetch Wichitcholchai, the president of the Senate’s upper house, attended the opening ceremony.

泰国作为本届西博会主宾国，在开幕式前，举行了泰国国家馆开馆仪式。泰国国会上议院议长蓬佩·威奇春猜出席开馆仪式。

As the country of honor, Thailand showcased the Thai Pavilion with an exhibition area of over 780 square meters，under the theme: "Open Connect Balance” to reassure Thailand’s commitment to improving opportunities for all businesses between China and Thailand.

泰国受邀作为本届西博会主宾国，打造了展览面积780平方米的泰国国家馆。该展馆以“开放、连通、平衡”为主题，突出呈现中泰经贸合作成果。

The Royal Thai Consulate General in Chengdu has invited more than 60 Thai businesses to participate in the Thai pavilion,covering multiple areas such as food and beverages, cosmetics and skincare, household items as well as services in healthcare, education and tourism.

泰国驻成都总领事馆邀请了60多家泰国企业参加泰国馆的展示活动。覆盖食品饮料、化妆品和护肤品、家居用品、医疗、教育和旅游服务等方面。

In his subsequent opening speech, Pornpetch said that Thailand, whether at the government level or at the enterprise level, has attached great importance to the development and promotion ofexchanges and cooperation between China and Thailandin line with the economic and social development policies of the two countries.

蓬佩在随后的开幕祝词里表示，泰国无论是政府层面还是企业层面都非常重视发展和促进中泰双方在符合两国经济社会发展政策下的交流与合作。

During his itinerary after the ceremony, Pornpetch visited Wuhou Shrine and JOUAV in Chengdu Gaoxin (Hi-Tech Industrial Development) Zone.

在之后的行程中，蓬佩先后参观了武侯祠和位于成都高新区的成都纵横自动化技术有限公司。

"Three Kingdoms fan" Pornpetch showed strong interest in the history, and he spent around an hour in the shrine, patiently listening to the stories of each character in the Three Kingdoms History.

“三国迷”蓬佩对三国文化展现了浓厚的兴趣，他在武侯祠参观了约一个小时，耐心聆听了每一位三国时期历史人物的故事。

In JOUAV, Pornpetch watched the demonstrations of several industrial-level UAVs，he carefully learned about their applications in public safety, emergency fire fighting, water quality testing, ecological protection, and mineral resource and reserves monitoring.

在成都纵横自动化技术有限公司蓬佩先后观看了几款用于展示的工业级无人机，仔细了解了其在公共安全、应急消防、水质检测、生态保护、矿产资源储量监测等领域的运用。

In the afternoon of June 30th, Pornpetch set off for Thailand.

6月30日下午，蓬佩启程返回泰国。
