6月1日，泸州市古蔺县体育中心灯光球场，一场特别的篮球赛吸引了全县人的目光。当晚，2023年古蔺县第二届全民运动会篮球比赛决赛在这里举行，古蔺县教体队以61∶43战胜彰德街道队，获得冠军。

决赛当晚，这场不收门票的球赛吸引了3000多人到场观战。露天看台被从四面八方赶来的观众挤满，啦啦队震天的锣鼓声与观众挥舞的荧光棒把赛场的氛围拉满，这就是当地火出圈的“县BA”(网友们参照“NBA”“CBA”的命名规则称之为“县BA”“村BA”等)。从5月15日开始，来自古蔺县各企事业单位及乡镇、街道组成的52支男女篮球队在这个球场共进行了125场比赛。“由于不收门票，每场比赛都是观众爆满。”篮球赛组委会负责人介绍，“为了照顾不能进场的观众，我们还开通了多个网络直播平台进行球赛直播，收看比赛的观众人数超过了千万。”

“每场直播我都没错过，特别是我们当地彰德街道队的比赛，更是不会错过一分钟。”三道水村村民胡在峰住在距离灯光球场10公里外、海拔1200多米的山上，不方便下山看球赛的他是“县BA”的忠实粉丝。这两月，“县BA”各球队的表现一直是当地村民摆龙门阵最爱聊起的话题。

与此同时，超燃的古蔺“县BA”也引起了火爆全国的贵州“村BA”直播团队的关注。5月底，这支直播团队从贵州赶到古蔺，连续几天给贵州的球迷直播当地篮球赛。同时还准备邀请“县BA”的球队到贵州的“村BA”去打一场友谊赛。

为了打好今年的“县BA”，全县23个乡镇和街道都派出了各自的球队，其中不少队员都是身经百战的“村BA”选手。

早在当年，小水村就组织起了村里的篮球队，队员们平时在泥巴地上训练，要交流球技就自带干粮走路到邻乡邻村去比赛。“这可能是县里最早的‘村BA’雏形。”赵正忠说，“2019年，小水村整体脱贫后，为丰富乡村文化活动，专门建起了水泥篮球场。每年春节，村里都会举行乡村篮球赛，不仅吸引回家过年的年轻人参加，还吸引了邻近的乡村组队参加。今年春节的‘村BA’热闹得很，有12支队伍来比赛。”
