这是以色列驻华大使潘绮瑞第二次到访四川。谈起此行感受，她印象最深刻的便是满大街的熊猫元素，“成都真是人手一只熊猫，大街上、商店里、街头的LED屏……到处都是熊猫！”

This is the second visit to Sichuan by Israel’s Ambassador to China, Irit BenAbba Vitale. When talking about her impressions of this trip, the most memorable thing for her is panda elements all over the street. She says, "Chengdu truly has pandas everywhere, on the streets, in the stores, on the LED screens in the streets, pandas are everywhere!"

当然，不止是熊猫。时隔两年再度来川，潘绮瑞大使对四川有了更多的感受。在她看来，这是一片充满活力的土地，“这里年轻人很多，高校林立，高新企业众多，因此吸引了很多人才在这里安家。”

Of course, it's not just pandas. After a two-year gap, Ambassador Irit Ben-Abba feels more about Sichuan. In her opinion, it is an energetic place with a large population of young people, numerous universities, and a multitude of high-tech enterprises, attracting many talents to settle here.

“成都是一个热情友善、绿意盎然的城市，也是一个令人宁静、让人放松的城市。”说到对成都的印象，潘绮瑞大使想起了以色列的海法市。早在2013年，海法和成都便签约成为姐妹城市。海法位于地中海沿岸，是以色列重要的港口城市。在潘绮瑞大使看来，两个城市有着极为相似的悠闲安逸的城市氛围，并且二者都是花园城市。“在海法的市中心，有一座举世闻名的宏伟花园，叫做巴哈伊花园，而在成都的中心，我也看到了非常多美丽的花园。”

"Chengdu is a warm and friendly, green city, and also a peaceful and relaxing city." When talking about her impressions of Chengdu, Ambassador Irit BenAbbarecalls the city of Haifa in Israel. As early as 2013, Haifa and Chengdu signed an agreement to become sister cities. Haifa is an important port city located on the Mediterranean coast of Israel. In Ambassador Irit BenAbba’sview, the two cities have a very similar laid-back atmosphere, and both are known as garden cities. "In the center of Haifa, there is a world-famous magnificent garden called the Baha'i Gardens, and in the center of Chengdu, I also saw many beautiful gardens."

潘绮瑞大使介绍，此次来访目的之一是探索以色列与中国、与四川更多的合作可能性。

Ambassador Irit BenAbba mentioned that one of the purposes of this visit was to explore more possibilities for cooperation between Israel and China, particularly with Sichuan.

作为全球创新创业资源集聚地，以色列在信息通讯、新材料、生物医药、农业科技、环保及水处理等领域保持世界领先的创新优势。多年来，以色列和四川保持着良好的关系，双方在农业、水处理、水科技、健康等领域都已展开了广泛的合作，并取得了丰硕成果。

As a global hub of innovation and entrepreneurship, Israel maintains world-leading innovation advantages in fields such as information and communication technology, new materials, biomedicine, agricultural technology, environmental protection, and water treatment. Over the years, Israel and Sichuan have maintained a good relationship, and both sides have engaged in extensive cooperation and achieved fruitful results in areas such as agriculture, water treatment, water technology, and health.

“我们希望能将以色列创新科技介绍给四川企业，吸引四川企业去以色列考察、合作，进一步加强双方的经贸往来和合作。”同时，潘绮瑞大使希望，未来双方能在环保、气候、生物医药等领域探索新的合作空间。

"We hope to introduce Israeli innovative technologies to Sichuan enterprises, attract Sichuan companies to visit and collaborate in Israel, and further strengthen the economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between the two sides." At the same time, Ambassador Irit Ben-Abba Vitalehopes that in the future, both sides can explore new cooperation opportunities in areas such as environmental protection, climate, and biomedicine.

除了科技、经贸、创新创业等方面的合作，川以双方在文化、学术领域的交流也是潘绮瑞大使关注的重点。

In addition to cooperation in technology, economy, and innovation and entrepreneurship, cultural and academic exchanges between Sichuan and Israel are also a focus of Ambassador Irit BenAbba’s attention.

根植于犹太文化的以色列文学是世界文坛上一颗耀眼的明珠，而孕育了苏轼、巴金等文学大家的四川地区也在中国文学中有着举足轻重的地位。此次访川，潘绮瑞大使还有一项重要的行程——参观成都天府人文艺术图书馆，并开启“以色列流浪图书馆”计划。

Israeli literature, rooted in Jewish culture, is a shining pearl in the world of literature, while the Sichuan region, which has nurtured literary giants such as Su Shi and Ba Jin, also holds a significant position in Chinese literature. During this visit to Sichuan, Ambassador Irit BenAbbahad an important itinerary—to visit the Chengdu Tianfu Culture and Art Library and launch the "Israel’s library on wheels" program.

潘绮瑞大使介绍，在这个“流浪图书馆”，成都市民可以借阅在中国出版的各种和以色列相关的书籍，内容涵盖历史、文化、诗歌、小说、艺术……成都站后，这个图书馆还将“移动”到西南各个城市，以增进西南地区人民对以色列的了解。

Ambassador Irit BenAbba introduced that in this "Israel’s library on wheels," Chengdu residents can borrow various books related to Israel published in China, covering history, culture, poetry, novels, art, and more. After Chengdu, this library will "move" to various cities in the southwest, promoting a better understanding of Israel among the people of the southwest region.
