2022年初，一部《班主任的一天》微记录视频在网络走红，视频中的班主任，陪学生跳机械舞、自费帮学生拍电影，也在学生放弃物理竞赛时平淡地说“找到自己适合的最重要”。这个班主任就是成都石室天府中学的物理老师马龙。

In early 2022, a micro-documentary video titled "A Day in the Life of a Homeroom Teacher" went viral on the internet. In the video, the teacher accompanied students in performing robotic dances, financed the production of a student film, and calmly said, "It is most important to find what suits you best" when students gave up on a physics competition. This teacher is Ma Long, a physics teacher at Chengdu Shishi Tianfu High School.

一年多后的今天，视频中的学生们迎来了人生的第一场大考。高考首日，让我们一起走进马龙和他学生之间的故事。

从师生到伙伴

“永远不要低估学生的能力”

31岁的马龙，在“05”后的学生堆里，就是班里的“老大”。调皮的男学生能异口同声地说出他的口头禅。这样的默契，来自师生之间的平等交流。为了能和学生们更近一点，刷B站、玩游戏、听歌，成了马龙的另一种“备课”。“了解他们喜欢什么，在他们感兴趣的话题上交流，多从他们的角度去认识、看待一些事情。”

At the age of 31, Ma Long is the "big brother" in the class among the students born after 2005. Mischievous male students can speak his catchphrase in unison. This kind of understanding comes from equal communication between the teacher and students. In order to get closer to the students, Ma Long's preparation involves browsing Bilibili, playing games, and listening to music. "Understanding what they like, engaging in conversations on topics that interest them, and trying to understand and perceive things from their perspective."

在马龙看来，学习只是学生的一个维度。于是，当有学生提出想要拍一部电影时，马龙决定全力支持。

In Ma Long's view, learning is just one aspect of students' lives. So when a student expressed a desire to make a movie, Ma Long decided to fully support it.

那是2021年，从暑假到国庆节，从一个构思到成为一个作品，几个月里，二班成为了临时片场，学生们担任“导演”“制片人”“演员”“剧务”，自编、自导、自演，讲述了战疫、抗洪、奥运三个主题下发生的故事，组成了学生们《我梦中的2021》。

In 2021, Class 2 became a temporary film studio. The students took on the roles of "director," "producer," "actor," and "production assistant," self-scripted, self-directed, and self-performed, telling stories that took place under the themes of fighting the pandemic, flood control, and the Olympics, and forming the students' film "My Dream in 2021."

电影在学校“首映”时，全校师生发现了彩蛋：班主任马龙亲自出场，回顾了奥运会上乒乓球运动员马龙创下双圈大满贯纪录的那一幕。

During the "premiere" of the film at the school, the entire faculty and students discovered a surprise: "Ma Long" made a special appearance and reviewed the scene where the ping-pong player Ma Long set a record of winning the double crown at the Olympics.

不仅贡献演技，马龙悄悄拿出3000元负担制作电影的支出。对他来说，通过这部电影，他和学生之间多了一个连接：不是师生，而是伙伴“这是我们共同成长的过程。”也是通过这次的合作，马龙深刻感受到学生们心中蕴藏的无限能量：“永远不要低估学生的能力。”

Not only did Ma Long contribute his acting skills, but he spent 3,000 yuan to cover the expenses of making the film. For him, through this movie, he and the students had an additional connection: not as teacher and students, but as partners. "This is a process of mutual growth for all of us." “最后一课”

希望学生为心中热爱“保持向上”

在课间操陪学生跳机械舞，自习时给学生捎带一个苹果，对因为身材焦虑而不愿穿校服的男生适当通融……这是首次当班主任的马龙，在过去1000多个日夜里给学生们的陪伴。

During the break, Ma Long accompanied the students in performing robotic dances, and during self-study, he would bring an apple to a student. He would also be accommodating to male students who felt anxious about their physique and didn't want to wear the school uniform. These were the companionships that Ma Long, serving as a homeroom teacher for the first time, provided to the students during more than 1,000 days and nights.

高考前的最后一课，马龙和学生们叮嘱起考前事项，讲着讲着，突然话锋一转，“人生重要的考试还有很多，高考只是其中一项，我们只需保持向上的趋势就行。”

In the last class before the Gaokao, Ma Long and the students went through the final preparations. As he was speaking, the conversation suddenly took a turn. "There are many important exams in life, and the Gaokao is just one of them. We just need to maintain an upward trend."

在马龙眼里，高考并非高中的全部，成长的意义在于体验和感知。就如同在物理竞赛课上，当有同学选择放弃时，马龙给予了充分的理解，“不适合还不如趁早放弃，找到自己适合的最重要。”

In Ma Long's eyes, the Gaokao is not the entirety of high school. The meaning of growth lies in experiences and perceptions. Just like in the physics competition class, when 30 students selected from the entire school gave up one by one, Ma Long fully understood and said, "If it's not suitable, it's better to give up early and find what suits you best."

如今，六月的光，已将远方照亮，十七八岁少年们滚烫的青春里，终于要迎来沸腾的一章，“最后一课”上，马龙以朋友的身份，分享着自己的所悟。“我想告诉他们，过了高中这个坎，应该更学会珍惜时间，希望他们能够找到自己感兴趣的东西，并为了心中的热爱一直努力下去。”

Now, the June sunlight illuminates the distant future, and within the passionate youth of seventeen and eighteen-year-olds, they are finally about to enter an exhilarating chapter. During the "last lesson," Ma Long, as a friend, shares his own insights. "I want to tell them that after overcoming the hurdle of high school, they should learn to cherish time more.
