旨在唤起人类爱护地球、保护家园的意识

众所周知，四川是大熊猫的家乡

但除此之外

四川还有众多“植物界的大熊猫”

April 22 marks the World Earth Day, an annual event to demonstrate support for environmental protection.As we know, Sichuan is home to giant pandas. Apart from that, there are so many "giant panda of plants" in Sichuan.

珙桐是一千万年前留下来的孑遗植物

被称为“植物活化石”

野生种只生长在中国西南四川省和

中部湖北省和周边地区

满树翩然，宛如“白鸽展翅”

The davidia involucrata, or dove flower, is a relic plant with 10 millions years of history, known as the "living fossil of plants." The wild dove trees grow in Sichuan and Hubei provinces and the neighboring areas. Their flowers are shaped as doves.

以守护#GiantPandaOfPlants(“植物界的大熊猫”)为题，四川国际传播中心依托推特、脸书以及照片墙等海外社交媒体平台，推出#CallYourPanda第五季，紧扣世界地球日主题，连续推出18张特色、珍稀植物双语海报。

Based on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and other international social media, Sichuan International Communication Center (SICC) launched #CallYourPandaSeason 5 to release 18 posters about characteristic and rare plants themed "Protecting the Giant Pandas of Plants", focusing on the World Earth Day.

活动吸引了以人民日报社环球人物、重庆国际传播中心、海南国际传播中心、云南省南亚东南亚区域国际传播中心、江苏Now国际传播中心、贵州国际传播中心、潮新闻、河南日报为代表的超20家央省主流外宣媒体和中国生物多样性保护与绿色发展基金会等国内外生态环境保护组织的参与，通过系列线上话题互动，全网传播量超500万。活动还受到奥地利驻成都总理事雷君山(Günther Lazelsberger)、中国驻大阪总领事薛剑、来自英国的中国文化爱好者Steve Weaver等点赞互动.

Over 20 mainstream and international environmental protection organization including Global People, Chongqing International Communication Center, Hainan International Communication Center, YunnanInternational Communication Centerfor South and Southeast Asia, JiangsuNow International Communication Center, Guizhou International Communication Center, Tide News, Henan Daily, etc. joined in this event through online interaction, andConsul General of the Republic of Austria in ChengduGünther Lazelsberger,Chinese Consul General in Osaka Xue Jian, as well as the Chinese culture lovers in the world liked the posters. The event has been transmitted online for over 5millions times.

同时在4月22日，贵州国际传播中心联合四川国际传播中心、重庆国际传播中心、浙江国际频道等省市国际传播中心共同开展了一场“我们的家”全国联动直播，向世界生动展示中国特色生物多样性保护和成果。

On the World Earth Day, Guizhou International Communication Center coordinated with Sichuan International Communication Center, Chongqing International Communication Center, ZTV-world, and other provincial and municipal international communication institutes to launch "Our Planet"live streaming to the country, to demonstrate the efforts and achievements of biodiversity protection in China.

-波叶海菜花目前仅分布在云南省丽江市宁蒗县泸沽湖中，已濒临灭绝-

 

-洛阳牡丹乃河南省洛阳市特产，宋代便有“洛阳牡丹甲天下”之说-

 

-开封菊花乃河南省开封市特产，开封种植菊花的历史可以追溯到1600多年前的南北朝-

 

-秤锤树为江苏省特产树种，是南京的乡土树，但现已濒临灭绝。春季花白如雪，秋季果实形似秤锤-

 

-大黄花虾脊兰被誉为植物界的“金丝猴”，近年来江西省成功拯救此极危物种-

 

-蕨类是泥盆纪时期的低地生长木生植物，大约在距今4亿年前就已存在地球上了-

 

-天女木兰是我国本土花卉，是第四纪冰川期幸存下来的珍稀树种，有“植物活化石”之称-

 

-苦楝浑身是宝，其花、叶、根和树皮均可作为中药使用，有极高的医用价值-

 

-百山祖冷杉只在浙江省庆元县百山祖发现生存，全球仅存三株，成为“世界上最稀有的针叶树”-

 

-槭叶铁线莲别名崖花，常孤傲地绽放在悬崖峭壁上，是国家一级重点保护野生植物，也是中国北京特有的品种-
