曾常年供职于萨尔瓦多国内司法系统；在萨尔瓦多多所大学任法律系教授及国际法领域联络员；后出任萨尔瓦多经济部消费者保护局法律顾问；2020年出任《萨尔瓦多日报》法律事务部主任；2021年任萨尔瓦多驻华大使。

地于中美洲北部，

和全球最高效的咖啡生产国之一。

El Salvador is also one of the oldest sources of coffee in the world, and one of the world's most efficient coffee producers.

2018年中国与萨尔瓦多正式建交，

萨尔瓦多成为中国第178个建交国。

今年是中萨建交5周年，

中国已是萨尔瓦多非常值得信赖的合作伙伴。

In 2018, China and El Salvador established diplomatic ties.El Salvador has become the 178th country with which China has diplomatic relations.

This year marks the fifth anniversary of the establishment ofdiplomatic relations between China and El Salvador. China is already El Salvador's most reliable partner.

不久前在成都·萨尔瓦多咖啡文化活动现场，阿尔瓦雷斯大使以咖啡会友，为四川人文风情和经济发展打call的同时，向四川人民“安利”萨尔瓦多最闪亮的一张名片——咖啡。

Recently, during the coffee culture event in Chengdu, the ambassador made friends by coffee. Impressed by the cultural customs and economic development of Sichuan Province, he also proudly introduced the El Salvador coffee to the local people.

萨尔瓦多拥有数量众多的火山，火山不仅带给萨尔瓦多独特的风景，肥沃的火山灰还滋养了土地，加上鲜明的昼夜温差、丰富的降雨量、凉爽的气候，为咖啡种植提供了良好的环境，因此咖啡也成为萨尔瓦多主要出口的大宗农产品之一。

成都是中国排名第二的咖啡消费市场，阿尔瓦雷斯未来希望能促成萨尔瓦多咖啡企业与四川咖啡经销商达成咖啡豆直采直供合作，共享咖啡市场红利。

El Salvador has a large number of volcanoes, which not only become unique scenery, but also provide fertile volcanic ash and soil that nourish the land. With the sharp temperature changes between day and night, abundant rainfall, and cool climate, El Salvador garners a favorable environment optimum for coffee cultivation. Coffee becomes one of El Salvador's main agricultural exports.

Chengdu is the second largest coffee consumption market in China. In the future, the ambassador hopes to facilitate the cooperation between coffee enterprises in El Salvador and coffee distributors in Sichuan for direct procurement and supply, and share coffee market dividends.

“这是我第一次来到四川，四川人民开朗友善、享受生活，从未想到四川与拉丁美洲有如此多的相似之处。”阿尔瓦雷斯兴奋地表示，“四川人富有活力、享受生活的特质，与咖啡文化的特点非常相似。”

以咖啡为切入点，大使希望四川与萨尔瓦多不仅仅在咖啡贸易、基础设施、城市规划、新能源科技等领域加强友好交流与务实合作，更在人文交流与旅游合作方面深化亲密关系。

Taking coffee as the starting point, the ambassador hoped that Sichuan province and El Salvador would not only strengthen friendly exchanges and practical cooperation in coffee trade, infrastructure, urban planning, new energy technologies and other fields, but also deepen close relations in people-to-people exchanges and tourism cooperation.

“来到中国后，川菜馆成为了我的最爱！”

阿尔瓦雷斯聊到川菜时两眼放光，

脸上是抑制不住的笑容。

初来乍到的他也被这座城市深深吸引，

成都的美食、音乐和生活无不让他充满向往：

“希望成都能成为我在中国的第二个‘家’！”

同时，大使也透露，今年起，萨尔瓦多将向中国公民开放更多旅游线路，推广更多文旅合作项目，让更多人了解萨尔瓦多，也欢迎四川以及中国的游客到萨尔瓦多做客。

The ambassador also told us that starting from this year, El Salvador will open more tourist routes to Chinese citizens and promote more cultural and tourism cooperation projects to let more people know about El Salvador. Welconme tourists from Sichuan to visit El Salvador.
