2020年1月3日，“建设成渝地区双城经济圈”被确定为国家战略。地处“一带一路”与长江经济带联结点的成渝地区，承东启西、贯通南北，正在国家区域协调发展战略大局中扮演着重要角色。

On January 3, 2020, "Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle Construction" was confirmed as a national strategy. Located in the intersection of the "Belt and Road" and the Yangtze River Economic Belt, Chengdu-Chongqing region is playing an important role in the national strategy of regional economic integration, as it is the intermediate region between the east and the west and connects the north and the south.

2023年全国两会召开之际，四川国际传播中心依托Twitter、Facebook、Instagram等海外社交平台，联合重庆国际传播中心推出“川渝CP你问我答(Twin City Parallels)”系列英文海报，以“川渝两地线上问答”的方式展开互动。

In the period of China’s 2023 Two Sessions, Sichuan International Communication Center (SICC), together with Chongqing International Communication Center (CICC), launched a series of English posters entitled "Twin City Parallels", based on overseas social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, to interact with each other in the form of "online Q&A between Sichuan and Chongqing".

从安岳石窟到大足石刻，从若尔盖湿地到山城步道，从璧山云巴到子午二期……9组海报向海内外网友展现川渝地区在文旅、科技、生态、民生等领域的特色内容和最新成果，向世界推介川渝两地魅力。

From Anyue Grottoes to Dazu Stone Carvings, from Ruoergai Wetland to the Mountain City Footpath, from Bisha SkyShuttle to the second phase of Meridian Project… Nine pairs of posters show the special contents and latest achievements of Sichuan and Chongqing in the fields of culture and tourism, technology, ecology and livelihood to the netizens at home and abroad, and promote the charm of Sichuan and Chongqing to the world.

2023年3月7日上午11时，四川国际传播中心联合重庆国际传播中心推出《从川渝出发，与世界相连》双语联合直播，向海内外观众展现中欧班列(成渝)线路如何助力川渝现代化产业升级、推进成渝地区双城经济圈市场一体化建设，并探讨成渝“双圈”在畅通“交通网”，建强“产业链”，做优“生活圈”层面的成就与未来。

On March 7, 2023 at 11:00 am, Sichuan International Communication Center and Chongqing International Communication Center launched a bilingual live stream of "From Sichuan and Chongqing, Connect to the World" to show how China-Europe Railway Express in Chengdu and Chongqing can help modernize and upgrade the industry of Sichuan and Chongqing, promote the market integration in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, and discuss the achievements and future of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle in terms of unblocking "transportation network", strengthening "industrial chain" and improving "living circle".

直播现场，四川国际传播中心双语主播赵雨祺来到成都国际铁路港南侧的新增国际集装箱功能区，为海内外观众介绍该项目的建成、特色，及其对中欧班列国际物流大通道建设发挥的重要作用。四川国际传播中心双语主播谭怡心对话西南交通大学教授、四川省委省政府决策咨询委员陈光，探讨成渝“双圈”的发展。

On the live stream, Millie Zhao came to New International Container Functional Area on the south side of Chengdu International Railway Port to introduce the project, its features and the important role it plays in the construction of the international logistics corridor for China-Europe Railway Express for audiences at home and abroad. Queenie Tan talks to Chen Guang, a professor & dean at Southwest Jiaotong University, and a member of the Decision-making Advisory Committee of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and the People's Government of Sichuan Province, about the development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.

陈光教授通过横向对比大湾区、京津冀的区域市场一体化建设，得出成渝“双圈”建设的启示：首先，在成渝“双圈”建设中需要注意城市结构、产业结构的优化，尤其是实体经济的发展；其次，注重资源、交通、产业、政策等方面的协同发展，在确保综合效益的同时满足各方需求。

By comparing the regional market integration of the Greater Bay Area and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Prof. Chen draws inspiration from the construction of "Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle": Firstly, it needs to pay attention to the optimization of urban structure and industrial structure, especially the development of real economy; secondly, it needs to pay attention to the synergistic development of resources, transportation, industries and policies to meet the needs of all parties while ensuring the comprehensive benefits.

谈及中欧班列(成渝)线路，陈教授表示，川渝地处中国内陆，其贸易出口却位于全国前列，这背后便是中欧班列(成渝)线路在发挥作用。此外，中欧班列(成渝)线路还在营商环境改造、高科技和金融支持等方面有着重要意义。

Speaking about China-Europe Railway Express in Chengdu and Chongqing, Prof. Chen said that it plays a role behind the fact that Sichuan and Chongqing are located in China's inland area, but their trade exports are at the forefront of the whole country. In addition, China-Europe Railway Express in Chengdu and Chongqing is also important in terms of business environment transformation, high-tech and financial support.
