It's the first irregular public building in Chengdu. Its designing idea is originated from the unique landscape formed by Sichuan Basin and Longmen Mountains. The building is like giant mountain and the gap between the "mountain" and "earth" forms a public space. The overbridge and impending glass corridors symbolize the ancient Shu roads. The artificial wetland represents the ancient Shu people's smart management of water. The building shows the miraculous nature through the artistic narration themed "Shu mountains, Shu roads, Shu water".
