11月2日，中国西部时尚定制产业园区项目新闻发布会暨 2022 文化时尚+数字融合展在成都召开，活动向各界推广成都全新时尚产业发展情况。

On November 2, the press conference of West China Couture Fashion Industrial Park Project and 2022 Cultural Fashion & Digitization Integrative Exhibition was held in Chengdu, which promoted the development of Chengdu's new fashion industry to all circles.

本次发布会由中华服饰文化促进会、北京服装学院、金牛区人民政府指导，中国西部高级定制中心、成都蓉北商圈、金牛区荷花池国际商贸城管理委员会、金牛区市场开发服务中心主办。现场政、商、研、学、媒各界嘉宾共聚一堂，体验了一场“数字+时尚+产业+设计+美学”的精彩演绎，热动全球声量，为时尚的天府文化注入数字、文化、潮流、科技的中国活力，助力蓉北打造时尚消费引领的都市级商圈。

Guests from various fields, including politics, business, research, academia and media, gathered together to appreciate the wonderful fusion of digital, fashion, industry, design and aesthetics, which not only invigorated the fashion culture of Sichuan, but also helped build a metropolitan business district led by fashion consumption in northern Chengdu.

金牛区相关负责人表示，中国西部高定中心通过3年的发展已经初具品牌和影响力，为荷花池市场提档升级注入了新活力。衷心希望各位设计师和品牌商可以通过本次活动加强交流、加深合作，在蓉北商圈这片热土上找到投资兴业的广阔空间，共同推动成都时尚产业发展走上新的台阶。

成都亮相，中国西部时尚定制产业园区要做什么?

高级定制被称为“现代时尚皇冠上的明珠”，“中国西部高级定制中心”在成都亮相，也是中国首个以高级定制命名的产业园——中国西部时尚定制产业园区重要组成部分，它能为这座城市释放哪些新能量?

发布会现场，时尚产业专家、中国西部高级定制中心总经理王小灿首先发布了“中国西部时尚定制产业园区”战略项目情况，她介绍：“其实简单来说，就是让我们成都的男孩子女孩子们更帅更美，以往我们买的是外面的品牌，现在我们有自己的设计师孵化品牌，让更多有四川文化属性，DNA特色的时尚服饰走上街头，走出去带进来。”

At the press conference, Wang Xiaocan, expert of fashion industry and general manager of West China Couture Fashion Center, first introduced this project, she said, “In fact, our direct aim is to make people in Chengdu more good-looking. In the past, we consumed preferred brands outside Sichuan. But now, we have good brands designed by local designers, so that we can make more fashionable goods with Sichuan characters for us and for the outside."

现场，主办方发布了“中国西部时尚定制产业园”总体情况。中国西部时尚定制产业园区经过2年的运营打造，因其具备“面辅料交易、原创设计、共享中央版房、智能制造、品牌孵化、文创中心”等产业链、创新链、全要素资源，和数字协同、弹性供应等产业生态，通过打造时尚产业、文化赋能公共服务平台、汇聚原创设计“动力源”，支撑高级定制本土化高质量供给，目前已成为中国西部地区数字时尚产业高质量发展和本土文化创新转化的新动能、新地标、新生态。是时尚成都又一地标性建筑，2022年被授予成都市市级文创产业园区。

未来，中国西部时尚定制产业园区将放眼全球，聚集海内外时尚、设计等产业资源，解决行业痛点，在高级定制生活方式领域，为更多新锐品牌、新锐设计师提供发展机会。

发布会现场，主办方宣布成立了“中法时尚文化创新中心”，该中心由法国设计师团队与中国西部高级定制中心设计师团队共同创立。

At the press conference, the organizers announced the establishment of the China-France Fashion Culture Innovation Center co-founded by a designer team from France and their counterparts from West China Couture Fashion Center.

“中法时尚文化创新中心”结合国内外时尚高校，国际品牌设计大师，与区域非遗工匠大师的传统工艺，共同探索国潮时尚非遗的新可能。结合国际时尚潮流与非遗文化，塑造区域新国潮特色时尚，开发服饰，配件，箱包，美妆等衍生时尚产品矩阵，打造特色集群品牌，助力区域文旅、经济发展。

未来，中法双方共同努力确定新的品牌领域，将其转化为品牌代码和语言来吸引新的客户社区。欧洲最优秀的创意，与东方璀璨中华文明碰撞。

In addition, President of WGSN LIMITED in China, Mr. Ma Li, shared and interpreted the global fashion trends for 2023 during the conference.

Mr.Ma shared the Chengdu fashion industry with global trends in multiple perspectives such as color trends, buyers’ guidance, fashion exhibitions and live courses, which would boost the development of western China's fashion industry and its better dialogue with the world.

在活动现场的“2022文化时尚+数字融合展”，吸引了不少嘉宾的注意。展览上，太阳神鸟科技汉服、3D智能体测镜,还有四川国际传播中心3D立体投影三星堆影像与三星堆元素创意高定旗袍系列融合，体现科技与设计的破圈……

为了抢抓数字经济产业密集创新和高速增长的战略机遇，发布会现场不仅有云荷星电商直播基地发布、深圳仙库3D智衣发布，中国西部时尚定制产业园区与人民产业发展有限公司、成都中青旅、北京服装学院、成都大学等重要机构就产业协同发展、培训交流基地建设、专业人才共建等方面达成了共识与合作。从全产业链上加快推动金牛区数字经济产业创新发展，助力打造成都服装服饰数字经济创新发展试验区。

Gong Yan, vice president of the School of Continuing Education of Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology, said, "Chengdu is a good place to keep and encourage the designers, and it serves the whole western China. We also hope to meet the people's beautiful aspirations together with the leading local enterprises, and the advantages of our school's talent training."

数字赋能，服装先行。发布会现场透露了“首届中国西部高定周”系列活动情况，该拟于11月18日到11月20日在成都举行，活动期间将举行中国高级定制产业发展峰会暨成都国际高定论坛、“东方遇见西方”主题大秀、品牌主题发布等活动。“中国西部高级定制周”争创成为继巴黎高定时装周、上海高定周后中国西部第一个高级定制孵化与推动的大型IP项目。

活动结尾，王小灿总结：“我们将紧跟党的二十大提出推进文化自信自强，铸就社会主义文化新辉煌的核心思想，繁荣发展文化事业和文化产业，展现可信、可爱、可敬的中国形象，推动中华文化更好走向世界。”通过中国西部时尚定制产业园新闻发布会的传播，吸引更多的民众聚集到西部时尚文化高地，把文化传播给大众，用时尚文化去引领人们美好生活。传承中华优秀传统文化，满足人民日益增长的精神文化需求，我们将不断努力、与社会各界共同提升国家文化软实力和中华文化影响力。
