北京时间10月23日夜，柏林跳水世界杯落下帷幕。随着杨健、杨昊分获男子单人10米台冠亚军，中国队在本届跳水世界杯所参加的8个项目全部摘金，并有4枚单人项目银牌进账。

The 2022 FINA Diving World Cupin Berlin came to an end on Oct. 23 Beijing time. Yang Jian won the gold medal and Yang Hao the silver in Men 10m Platform. China has won the gold medals in all 8 projects and 4 silver medals in individual projects.

23日的男子单人10米台决赛，依然是中国跳水队的“内部对抗”，川籍运动员杨健凭借出色表现以537.70分夺冠，为中国跳水队收获本届世界杯第8金。队友杨昊以472.20分获得亚军。

On Oct. 23, Yang Jian, a Sichuan athlete won the Men 10m Platform Final, a competition among Chinese athletes, with 537.70points, marking China's eighth gold medal in the World Cup. Yang Hao won the silver medal with 472.20 points.

杨健，四川泸州人，在跳水界素有“600分先生”“难度王”之美誉。8年前，他“出道即巅峰”，以创历史的最高分616.50分，斩获国际泳联跳水系列赛伦敦站10米台冠军，同年又在跳水世界杯中勇夺个人首个世界冠军。但2015年的喀山世锦赛，他状态低迷，仅获第10名，最终在选拔赛中落选，无缘里约奥运会。

Yang Jian was born in Luzhou City, Sichuan Province. He wonthe Men 10m Platform at Diving World Seriesin Londonwith 616.50 points eight years ago, and achieved his first world championship in the Diving World Cupat this year. However, he failed in the qualification at World Championshipsin Kazan in 2015, losing the qualification to Rio Olympic Games.

“那些失败场次都让自己痛不欲生，卧薪尝胆，所以每次都从失败中成长。”由惊艳到低谷的挫折经历，让杨健在随后几年变得更加低调、内敛、沉稳。从2017年全运会携手邱波拿下男双冠军，到2018年雅加达亚运会夺魁，再到2019年光州首次问鼎世锦赛，一路过关斩将，他最终站上了东京奥运会跳水10米台，并以“世界上独一份儿”的、难度系数高达4.1的109B(向前翻腾四周半屈体)，赢得了全场最高分，以总成绩580.40分收获自己的首枚奥运银牌，这也让更多人记住了这个四川小伙。

"The painful failures have taught me." Having gone through the setbacks and failures, Yang Jian has grown calmer and steadier. He eventually won his first Olympic silver medal with 580.40 points in Men 10m Platform at Tokyo Olympic Games.

在东京奥运会后，很多人都以为杨健会选择退役，但这位不服输的川将依然坚持“为梦想而战”。

Yang Jian decided to continue his "fight for dream"though people thought he would retire after the Tokyo Olympics.

今年7月，在2022国际泳联游泳世锦赛男子单人10米台决赛中，他凭借最后一跳的世界最高难度109B强势逆转，以515.55分的成绩为中国跳水队锁定最后一枚金牌。此次成功卫冕，更加坚定了他“在奥运路上走得更远的决心”。赛后，杨健在微博发文并表示：将在巴黎奥运会新周期中，稳中求进。

In July, 2022, he won the 10m Platform Men Final at the 19th FINA World Championships with 515.55 points, marking China's last gold medal in the competitions. It greatly encouraged him. "I will continue to seek improvement and forge ahead towards Paris Olympics,"said Yang Jian on the social media.

奥运夺金，杨健已经梦想了20年，虽在东京奥运会与金牌失之交臂，但他仍然憧憬：在巴黎奥运会上，戴上那枚金光闪耀的奖牌。

Yang Jian has been yearning for the Olympic gold medal for 20 years. Though he lost it in Tokyo Olympic Games, he hasn’t stop looking forward to wining the gold medal in Paris Olympic Games.
