August 19 is the World Photography Day.

In this time,

everyone can be a photographer

to record the beautiful moments in our lives.

No matter how busy we are,

we never stop recording a lovely flower,

a fancy dinner,

a romantic raining day, etc.

These moments form a city’s memory.

Let's have an international dialogue through the visual arts and present a true and comprehensive China to the world with photography.

Sichuan International Communication Center (SICC) invites you to share your photography works of "City Moments".

Your photography works will be themed at "city", reflecting the cultural, social and historical characteristics, and with no limitations on form.
