11年前，吉布小龙还是藏彝音乐组合——青稞荞麦中的“荞麦”。4年前，他以乡村教师的身份，在大凉山普格县大槽乡中心小学成立妞妞合唱团。

11 years ago, Xiaolong was a member of the Tibetan and Yi minority music group Barley Buckwheat. Four years ago, as a village teacher, he established the Left-behind Girls Choir at the Dacao Township Central Primary School in Puge County, Mt.Daliangshan.

“荞麦”是音乐梦想，“乡村教师”是为梦想护航。对于1987年出生的吉布小龙来说，完成这样的转变并不容易，意味着放弃自己的梦想，成就妞妞们的梦想;但对于35岁的吉布小龙来说，完成这样的转变又是幸运的，他为妞妞们进入音乐世界打开了大门，这扇门的另一边，通往大山之外。

2009年的夏天，吉布小龙从音乐学院毕业，带着一把吉他，为了那个叫做“梦想”的东西，和一位同学一起，到北京成了“北漂”。他们的组合的名叫“青稞荞麦”，伙伴是“青稞”，他名为“荞麦”，出了一张专辑名叫《破茧》，但他们没能完成“破茧成蝶”。那几年，吉布小龙辗转北京、昆明、成都。“青稞荞麦”最难的时候，甚至吃不上青稞荞麦，有一段时间，两人找不到活儿，兜里只有一元硬币，每天早上饿肚子，喝白开水，吉布小龙瘦到一百斤出头。

In the summer of 2009, Xiaolong graduated from the Conservatory of Music, took a guitar, and for the sake of something called "Dream", went to Beijing with a classmate to become a "Beijing drifter". Their music group is called "Barley Buckwheat". They have an album called "Breaking the Cocoon", but they have not been able to complete the transformation. In those years, Xiaolong traveled to Beijing, Kunming, and Chengdu. In the most difficult time, they can noteveneat barley buckwheat.For a period of time, the two guyscould not find work. They had only one coin in their pockets. Every morning they were so hungry that they could only drink plain water. Later,Xiaolong slimmed down to only 50 kilos.

2012年，在外漂泊了3年的吉布小龙，回到了大凉山，成为了一名乡村教师。

In 2012, Xiaolong, who had been wandering outside for 3 years, returned to Mt.Daliangshan and became a rural teacher.

2018年的一个课间，吉布小龙抱着吉他坐在操场边轻声弹唱。几个女孩循着歌声围坐了过来，跟着音乐一起小声哼唱。“你们想唱歌吗?”吉布小龙问道。女孩们没有说话，眨着眼睛，怯生生地点点头。那一年，在大槽乡中心小学，“妞妞合唱团”成立了。

During a recess in 2018, Xiaolong sat on the edge of the playground with a guitar and sang softly. Several girls sat around and hummed quietly along with the music. "Do you want to sing?" Xiaolong asked. The girls didn't speak, blinked their eyes, and nodded timidly. That year, at the Dacao Township Central Primary School, the Left-behind Girls Choir was formed.

“刚开始，让她们加入很难。”吉布小龙说，女孩们自己害羞害怕，她们的父母也担心唱歌耽误学习，“我们就让想报名的孩子，在纸条上写自己名字，遇到父母不同意再入户给他们做工作，慢慢地，加入的孩子越来越多，最初也有男生，但是都没有坚持下来，就变成了现在40个人左右的妞妞‘女团’。”为了方便称呼，吉布小龙还给团队里的许多成员取了昵称：蓝妞妞、粉妞妞、大妞妞、逗妞妞、黑妞妞、喜妞妞……

最快两天写完一首歌 “妞妞”们成了他创作的源泉

孩子们最初学唱的歌曲，多以网络歌曲为主。《下雨啦》是吉布小龙给妞妞们创作的第一首作品，歌词里，一切新鲜的事物仿佛都在等待着雨水的降临。“我希望这样的儿歌，可以带给合唱团的妞妞们更多快乐。”从此以后，“妞妞”成了吉布小龙主要的创作源泉。《蒲公英》、《童谣》、《等待妈妈》、《勇敢的妞妞》……歌曲的主角都是“妞妞们”。

Initially, the children mainly learnt net songs. "It's Raining" is Xiaolong's first work for girls, and in the lyrics, everything new seems to be waiting for the rain to come. "I hope that such children's songs can bring more joy to the girls in the choir." Since then, the girls have become the main source of creation for Xiaolong. "Dandelion", "Nursery Rhyme", "Waiting for Mother", "Brave Girl"... The protagonists of the songs are girls.

“就是从孩子的视角出发，她们虽然身处大山，但不被大山阻隔。”聊到创作过程，吉布小龙表示，用最淳朴的思路，表达最简单的想法，“最快的一次，我两天就写完了一首歌。”

在大山之外的世界，吉布小龙带着妞妞们，看到了自己曾经看过的繁华，妞妞们也带着吉布小龙，达到了他曾经没能达到的高度。

有的学生毕业了，又不断有新的“妞妞”加入进来，吉布小龙的梦想也有了接班人。“粉妞妞”想当音乐人、“乖妞妞”想当老师、“暖妞妞”的梦想是唱歌……
