7月7日傍晚，四川泸州一女子在江边落水，就在命悬一线之际，正在沱江里游泳的3名西南医科大学附属医院年轻医生发现这一幕，他们奋力游向落水女子，经过不懈努力，终于成功将她救起。

At the dusk of July 7th, a lady fell into the river in Luzhou, Sichuan Province. At this critical moment, three young doctors at The Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University, who were swimming in the Tuojiang River, rescued her.

冲刺200米 3人救起坠河女子

Three Doctors Saved The Drowning Lady

“我们3人游至科维商场附近时，看到沱二桥上围了一大群人，隐约听到喊‘有人坠河了’。”其中一名麻醉科医生龙翔回忆，当天傍晚，他和2名小儿外科的医生曾信豪、章跃，正在沱江里游泳。

"We were near the Kewei Mall when we found that there was a crowd of people on the Tuo＇er Bridge and people were shouting ＇someone has fallen into the water＇."Long Xiang, the anesthetist recalled. That day, he, together with Zeng Xinhao and Zhang Yue, the doctors of pediatric surgery, was swimming in the Tuojiang River.

3人向落水女子的方向快速游进。当时，该女子在他们下游100多米处，等3人到达到她身边时，已游出200多米远。“从发现到追上落水女子，只用了约3分钟，因为情况紧急，前半程大家一直在全力冲刺，游得比平时要快得多，后面更多是边游边努力寻找溺水者方向。”龙翔说，女子身体大部分已没入水中，桥上很多热心人大声在给3名医生提示位置。

They swam towards the fallen lady immediately. At that time, she was downstream 100 meters away from them. They swam for over 200 meters to catch her. "It only took about 3 minutes to catch her. In the first half, we were endeavoring to reach her. But in the latter half, we slowed down to search for her,"said Long Xiang. Most of her body had been submerged and many people on the bridge were informing them of her location.

当3人游至女子身边时，发现女子已脸色惨白，没有了意识。“我们立即合力将她身体仰于水面，给她打开口腔，用海姆立克法帮她吐出口咽部及大气道的水，这时确认女子有极其微弱的自主呼吸及脉搏。”3人继续合力将女子身体仰于水面保证呼吸，两人一左一右挽住其手臂，另外一人托住其背部和头部，开始奋力朝岸边游去。

When they reached her, they found that her face had been pale and that she had lost consciousness. "We turned her up, opened her mouth, and employed Heimlich method to help her throw out the water in the throat and lung. By that time we made sure that she regained weak autonomous respiration and pulse."They kept her upward to breathe. They swam back to the bank with two of them holding her arms and the other one holding her back and head.

生死时速 教科书式溺水抢救

The Critical Moment, The Perfect Rescue

游到岸边时，3人已精疲力尽。章跃说，他们仨到岸后立刻投入到紧张的急救中，“我们先帮她保持侧卧位，用力拍打她背部，帮她咳出肺部积水，约1分钟后她突然喊了一声‘痛’。"直到这会儿，大家总算松了口气。

When they finally arrived at the bank, they plunged themselves into the first-aid despite the exhaustion. "We kept her in a lateral position and patted her back hard to help her spit up the water in her lung. About one minute later, she yelled ＇it hurts＇　and everyone was relieved."

“我们3个都是游泳爱好者，年轻人体力还行，更何况又是医生，遇到这种情况肯定会出手。”曾信豪表示，溺水后黄金抢救时间是3分钟，一旦超过这个时间，抢救成功率就会大降，“幸好我们是3个人，才能以这么快速度完成救援，如果再慢一点，恐怕就有生命危险了。”

"We are swimming-lovers, young and energetic. What＇s more, we＇re doctors. We have to do something in this situation."According to Zeng Xinhao, the following 3 minutes is the golden time to rescue a drowner. Any delay will decrease the success rate of rescue. "It＇s fortunate that there＇re three of us so that we rescued her so rapidly. If slower, she will be in danger."

目前，该女子正在西南医科大学附属中医院的胸外科接受治疗，身体基本已无大碍。

Presently, the lady is taking medical treatment in the thoracic surgery department of The Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University. She has already been out of danger.
