胜宁卓玛出生于四川壤塘县。17岁时,在爱心人士的帮助下她走出高原,远赴杭州、北京等地,用6年时间先后学习了汉语、幼教等专业。自幼深受母亲影响,她对制作美食有极大的兴趣。
Shengning Zhuoma was born in Rangtang County, Sichuan Province. At the age of 17, she went to Hangzhou, Beijing and other places, and spent six years learning Chinese and preschool education. Influenced by her mother since childhood, she has a great interest in cooking.
2017年卓玛辞掉幼教工作进修烹饪、西点制作,2018年毕业后与朋友共同创建了私人烘焙馆。自此胜宁卓玛开启了自由的美食人生。
Zhuoma quit her job in 2017 to learn cooking and pastry making. After graduation in 2018, she co-founded a private bakery with her friends.
“我是来自高原的孩子,是否能将对家乡的思念融入我制作的食物中? ”创新并不是一个容易的过程。胜宁卓玛说,研发出一款新品时,是她最欣慰也最有价值感的时刻。
"I am from the plateau. Can I incorporate my thoughts of my hometown into the food I make?" Innovation is not an easy process. She said that whenever a new product is developed, it is her most gratifying and rewarding moment.
创业期间实体经营在电商冲击下逐渐走下坡路,胜宁卓玛意识到新媒体是一个很好的平台,不仅极大节约成本还能增加知名度,于是在毫无经验的情况下她再度开始摸索。2019年“卓玛的厨房”工作室正式成立。
During the start-up period, the physical operation gradually declined under the impact of e-commerce. Zhuoma realized that new media was a good platform, which could not only greatly save costs but also increase popularity. Therefore, she began to explore again without any experience. In 2019, Zhuoma's Kitchen studio was officially established.
“刚开始我拍的视频都是歪的,对焦也模糊,对我来说真的是一项挑战。”小众美食视频一度不温不火,工作室无盈利状态持续近两年。源于热爱,胜宁卓玛坚持耕耘,随之也吸引了许多来自青海、甘肃等藏族同胞的关注。因为她的创作不仅赋予了藏餐更多的体验,也能让观众在观看中学习藏餐的制作和创新。
"It was a real challenge for me. At first the videos I shot were crooked and out of focus." Her videos were not very popular, and the studio had no profit for nearly two years. Because of love, she insists on cooking and shooting, which also attracts the attention of many Tibetan compatriots from Qinghai, Gansu and other provinces. Because her creation not only makes Tibetan food more delicious, but also allows the followers to learn the production and innovation of Tibetan food.
目前,卓玛已在各大视频平台分享超过100道菜品,吸引40万左右粉丝,招收学员两千多名。关于未来,她有了新的规划:“在线上授课的同时,计划将自己制作的点心等美食同步售卖。”她还开始手写藏语版美食教程。
So far, she has shared more than 100 dishes on various media platforms, attracting 400,000 followers and recruiting more than 2,000 students. She has new plans for the future, "While teaching online, I plan to sell snacks and other delicacies I make." She has also started writing food tutorials in Tibetan.
“生活中追求的不是只有金钱,还有更具价值的东西。”胜宁卓玛说,她想继续帮助更多藏族同胞吃上更健康、更丰富的美食。
"There is more to life than money." She said she wants to continue to help more Tibetans eat healthier and richer food.
