In front of the courtyard of Wang's house in Hongyan Township, Guang'an City, Sichuan, there are two ginkgo trees: oneis tall and male, another is short and female.The two trees are called "husband and wife ginkgoes" because they are intertwined with staggered roots and green leaves, stand up for a thousand years, and accompany each other, just like a loving couple.

Among the two trees, the male tree is 26.7 meters tall, with a diameter at breast height of 1.28 meters and an average crown width of 15.5 meters,while the female one is 25.9 meters high, the diameter at breast height is 1.49 meters, and the average crown width is 15 meters. Both trees are over 1500 years old. The "Husband and wife ginkgoes" are very popular and were selected as the first of "the most popular ancient and famous trees" in Sichuan Province.

In summer, the two trees are majestic and shade the sky. When the autumn arrives, the golden leaves fall one after another, and the shape is like a small fan, paving the ground into a golden ocean. This attracts tourists from all over the world to enjoy the beauty and take pictures.
