2022北京冬残奥会正在举行。此前，成都体育学院运动医学与健康学院大五学生冷雯雯、王玉珏作为学生志愿者，跟着中国残奥高山滑雪队在训练场分别服务3个月和半年之久。

河北省张家口市崇礼万龙滑雪场的终点，是王玉珏和冷雯雯都很熟悉的地方。过去几个月，他们每天都要在高山滑雪训练场的终点站守着，一守就是5个小时。若有运动员负伤，他们就要马上为运动员及时冰敷、加压包扎。“离开训练场，从晚上6点半到9点，我们还要继续给运动员按摩、针灸。”王玉珏说。训练前后，他们还要为冬残奥运动员贴肌贴，治疗关节和肌肉疼痛等。

冷雯雯介绍道，这次体验与之前几次当志愿者不一样。因为训练场温度在零下20℃，有一些运动员脚部会冻伤。而按照反兴奋剂相关规定，冻伤膏不能随便用，他们就用热敷、用姜片和葱段熬水泡脚等中医疗法，帮运动员们缓解冻伤。

According to Leng, this experience is different from her previous volunteering experiences. Some players suffered frostbite on their feet as the training ground was 20 degrees below zero. In accordance with anti-doping regulations, frostbite cream is not allowed to be used casually. They used traditional Chinese medicine treatments such as hot compress, boiling ginger and scallion slices to soak skier’s feet to relieve frostbite.

A visually impaired skier suffered a concussion after falling during training, followed by tinnitus, dizziness and disturbed sleep. Leng wenwen applied Zheng's theory of injury to the skier after acupuncture. The skier had a significant relief of tinnitus.

王玉珏偶尔会到雪场滑雪。在王玉珏离队前，他的单板滑雪和双板滑雪已达入门水平。他说自己学滑雪，是希望了解滑雪运动，以后再有机会为这类赛事提供医疗保障时，就可以直接进雪场参与现场治疗。
