  2022年1月1日，由中共四川省委宣传部、四川省互联网信息办公室、四川省广播电视局主办的“时代光影 百部川扬”网络视听作品征集传播活动开始啦!

   On January 1st 2022, sponsored by the Publicity Department of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee, the Cyberspace Affairs of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Radio and Television, the event "Years of Lights and Shadows : Sichuan In Camera Lens" online audiovisual works collection and dissemination activity starts!

  即日起至4月底，该活动将面向全社会征集百部优秀的短视频、网络剧等网络视听作品和选题，通过赋能不同人群、不同行业、不同领域，全方位、广角度、大声量地向国际国内展示美丽、飞扬、蓬勃、向上的四川。

  The event will hold from now on and end in late April. The event will choose 100 outstanding short video clips, streaming series as well as other audio-visual works, produced by different people, different industries, and different fields in the society, to present a beautiful, vibrant, and positive Sichuan image on the international and domestic stage from a perspective with all-round and wide angle.

  The collection of entries is divided into ten main themes, of which the multi-lingual video video, “Stone of Other Mountains”, has attracted attention. “他山之石”征集对象及参评范围

Candidates and Assessment

  面向境外、省外有网络视听作品创作生产能力的机构、团队和个人征集作品。参评作品应为2021年3月至2022年4月期间创作或首播的原创网络视听作品，作品类型包括短视频、网络剧、网络电影、网络动漫、网络纪录片、网络栏目、网络综艺、网络音频节目等。

  The competition is open to organizations, teams and individuals outsidethe province and aboard who have the capacity to create audiovisual works on the Internet. Entries should be original audiovisual works created or first broadcasted between March 2021 and April 2022, including short videos, streaming dramas, films, animations, documentaries, programmes, variety shows, audio programmes, etc.

“他山之石”征集作品要求

Requirements

(一)主题鲜明，以现实题材为主，坚持守正创新，讲品位、讲格调、讲责任。

The theme should be clear, with realistic themes as the main theme, innovating on the basis of what has worked in the past, representing taste, style and responsibility.

(二)参评作品应注明标题、拍摄地点、时间、作品描述等基本信息。

Entries should include basic information such as title, location, time and description of the work.

(三)参评作品建议上传1080P ( 1920x1080)或更高分辨率的视频;时长不限;音频音量大小正常、清楚，无爆音、杂音等。

Entries are recommended to be in 1080p (1920x1080) or higher resolution. The duration is not limited; audio volume should be normal and clear, with no pops, noises, etc.

(四)作品应保留拍摄原件，如因著作权等知识产权发生纠纷，无法提供保留原始EXIF信息等的原始文件进行证明，活动主办方有权取消作品评选资格。

Entries should be retained in their original form. In case of disputes over copyright and other intellectual property rights, the organizer of the event reserves the right to disqualify the work from the selection process if the artist is able to provide original documents that retain the original EXIF information, etc. for proof.

The selection of the theme and assessment of entries at the preliminary stage

作品征集截止时间为2022年4月底，请作品征集截止时间为2022年4月底，选题征集截止时间为2022年1月20日，报名者将作品音视频资料、《作品申报表》在截止时间前发送至报名通道(https://topic.scol.com.cn/2021/21sdgy_tszs/)。

The deadline for entries is the end of April 2022. Applicants are invited to send their audio and video materials and the Entry Declaration Form to the entry channel (https://topic.scol.com.cn/2021/21sdgy_tszs/) before the deadline.

作品终评。2022年5月下旬，由主办单位组织专家对入选的作品进行终评。根据专家评审作品的分值(参考网络点击率)，按照从高分到低分的顺序，评选各类优秀作品;根据作品质量，分别评选优秀制片人、编剧、导演、摄影、后期剪辑、美术、原创音乐等;根据网络点击率，评选最受网民喜爱的人气作品。经专家评选后，公布重点扶持作品名单。

In late May of 2022, the organizers will organize experts to conduct a final evaluation of the selected works. According to the scores evaluated by the experts (with reference to the network click rate), the outstanding works in each category will be selected in the order from the highest to the lowest score; according to the quality of the works, the outstanding producers, scriptwriters, directors, photographers, post-production, artists and original music will be selected respectively; according to the network click rate, the most popular works chose by netizens will be selected. After the selection process by experts, the list of key supported works will be announced.

优秀作品展播。2022年5月至12月，入选优秀作品在抖音、快手、视频号等新媒体平台开设专区进行展播，在网站首页显著位置持续呈现，同时通过各网络平台王牌产品进行曝光推流。

From May to December 2022, the selected outstanding works will be displayed in special zones on new media platforms such as TikTok, Kwai and Wechat channels., and will be presented in a prominent position on the home page of the website ,and will also be exposed and pushed through the ace products of each network platform.

延伸活动。优秀作品公布后，陆续开展各项延伸活动。

The selection of outstanding entries

(一)优秀作品。分别评选最佳作品10件;优秀作品30件;提名作品60件。

(二)优秀创作人才。在参评作品中评选优秀制片人、编剧、导演、摄影、后期剪辑、美术、原创音乐等各1名。
