Helping Dongpo Culture to Be Known Far and Wide! SICC Signs a Memorandum of Cooperation with Beijing Normal University

3月29日下午举行的“灵感中国 数字东坡”新视听论坛上，四川国际传播中心与北京师范大学签署东坡文化国际传播领域合作备忘录，双方将携手为四川和全国东坡文化的相关产学研究、活动落地提供学术支持和智力保障，提升东坡文化国际传播的效能和效果，推动中华文化在国际传播中的创造性转化、创新性发展。

At the "Inspirational China Digital Dongpo" New Audio visual Forum held on the afternoon of March 29th, Sichuan International Communication Center (SICC) signed a memorandum of cooperation with Beijing Normal University (BNU) regarding international communication of Dongpo culture. Through this cooperation, the two sides will work together to provide academic support and intellectual guarantees for industry-institute research and activity implementation related to Dongpo culture in Sichuan and China as a whole, enhance the effectiveness of the Dongpo culture's international communication, and promote the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese culture in international communications.

In this cooperative effort to promote the international communication of Dongpo culture, SICC and BNU's School of Journalism and Communication are in charge of the specific implementation.

As a professional international communication organization operated by Sichuan Daily Press Group, SICC takes "mobile communication, video communication, and social communication" as its footholds. The Sichuan International Media Matrix, which is mainly operated and maintained by SICC, consists of the "Vertical-eyed Cloud" international communication technology platform with intelligent algorithms at its core, 6 international communication websites, nearly 100 overseas social media accounts, one international communication mini program, 3 international communication journals, and one team of over 110 professional talents. This media matrix coversover 16 million overseas users with over 1 billion views.

未来，双方将以科研项目模式开展项目共研，共同规划和优化东坡国际传播矩阵的建设运营，打造行业前沿的东坡文化国际传播平台，挖掘东坡文化的时代价值和世界意义；共同组织东坡文化国际传播案例评选活动，共同举办东坡文化创新论坛(学术研讨会)，为四川和全国东坡文化相关机构及主题活动提供学术报告支撑及国际传播服务的智库支撑；共同培养中华文化国际传播复合型人才，将东坡文化国际传播落细落小落实。

In the future, SICC and BNU will carry out joint scientific research projects, while jointly planning and optimizing the construction and operation of the Dongpo international communication network, so as to build an industry-leading international communication platform for Dongpo culture, and explore Dongpo culture's global significance. Additionally, the two sides will jointly organize the selection of international communication cases of Dongpo culture, hold Dongpo culture innovation forums (including academic seminars), and offer academic reportsand think tank support for international communication services to Dongpo culture-related institutions and themed events in Sichuan and across the country. In addition, both sides will devote joint efforts to cultivating composite talents for the international communication of Chinese culture, and thoroughly implement the international communication of Dongpo culture.

作为第十届中国网络视听大会的重要组成部分，“灵感中国 数字东坡”新视听论坛由中国网络视听节目服务协会指导，四川省广播电视局、四川日报报业集团主办，四川国际传播中心承办，川观新闻、川观智库、《新闻界》协办，邀请到海内外网络视听机构代表、苏学专家大咖及国际传播领域专家学者共聚一堂，就“网络视听赋能中华文化传播”交流经验、分享洞见，以国际协同合作促进网络视听事业产业高质量发展。

As an important part of the 10th China Internet Audiovisual Convention. The forum is hosted by Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Radio and Television, Sichuan Daily Press Group, organized by Sichuan International Communication Center, and co-organized by Chuanguan News, Chuanguan Think Tank and "Press Circles", under the guidance of the China Netcasting Services Association (CNSA). Representatives of online audio visual institutes at home and abroad, experts of Su Dongpo studies and scholars in the field of international communication will be invited to share insights on the topic of "Chinese cultural communication empowerment through internet audio-visual media." Through international collaboration, the forum aims to promote the high-quality development of the internet audio and video industry.
