    5月18日下午,“灵感中国·我的三星堆世界”颁奖仪式暨国际传播青年沙龙上,在10余家高校学子的现场见证下,四川国际传播高校年会正式成立,四川国际传播中心与电子科技大学、西南交通大学、西南财经大学、成都理工大学等高校外国语学院现场签约,携手共建国际传播后备人才培养基地和实践实习基地。

    On the afternoon of May 18th, students from more than 10 universities witnessedthe official establishment of Sichuan International Communication University Alliance at the award ceremony of “Inspirational China· Let’s Pixelate it! Sanxingdui Player” and International Communication Young Experts Seminar.The Sichuan International Communication Center(SICC for short)joined hands with foreign language faculties of universities such as University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Southwest Jiaotong University, Southwest University of Finance and Economics, Chengdu University of Technology to form a partnership, fostering the growth of a talent training and practice base for international communication.

    四川国际传播高校年会由四川国际传播中心发起,联合省内外高校共同成立,致力于加强业界与学界合作,充分发挥双方资源优势,整合国际传播资源,提高国际传播实效,形成讲好四川故事的合力,展现可信、可爱、可敬的中国形象,推动中华文化更好走向世界。

    The Sichuan International Communication University Alliance, initiated by SICC, is a joint venture of various universities within and outside the province. It will bededicated to bolstering the cooperation between industry and academia, leveraging the strengths of both parties, integrating international communication resources, improving the effectiveness of international communication, and collaborating to effectively convey the stories of Sichuan. The alliance aims to present an image of China that is credible, endearing, and respectable, thus facilitating a greater global reach of Chinese culture.

    四川国际传播高校年会成立后,将依托四川国际传播中心与各大高校共建的国际传播后备人才培养基地和实践实习基地,定期开展讲座、授课,举办年会、论坛等活动,组织学生参与实践等;同时依托高校学科优势、人才优势和地方创新实践探索,不断拓宽合作领域和内容,共同探索国际传播人才培养规律,构建中国特色国际传播知识体系。

    With the establishment of the Sichuan International Communication University Alliance, lectures, classes, annual meetings, forums, and other activities will be regularly held at the talent training bases and practice bases jointly built with the SICCand other major universities. Leveraging the academic strengths and talent advantages of these universities, and the innovative practices of local communities, the alliance will continue to broaden its scope of cooperation, explore international communication talent training methodologies, and construct a knowledge system of international communication with unique Chinese characteristics.

    四川国际传播中心,写入“十四五”规划的四川省级国际传播专业机构,由四川日报报业集团运营。以服务“一带一路”倡议的国际传播平台为定位,以移动传播、视频传播、社交传播为方向,对内整合优势力量,牵手川观新闻、封面新闻、看四川、一带一路报道、藏地阳光全媒体、四川文传等讲好四川故事;对外创新“国际传播+”机制,围绕文化交流、经贸交往、城市营销、技术赋能、人才培养、智库服务等拓展合作,布局有影响力的海外渠道,影响有影响力的主流人群,传播中国声音。

    The SICC, incorporated into Sichuan's 14th Five-Year Plan, is a provincialinternational communication institution operated by the Sichuan Daily Group. It is positioned as an international communication platform serving the Belt and Road Initiative, focusing on mobile, video, and social media communication. Inwardly, it joins forces with Chuanguan News, Cover News, Vision Sichuan, The Belt and Road Reports, Zangdiyg Media, Sichuan Culture Communication Co. Ltd.to tell the story of Sichuan. Outwardly, it pioneers the "International Communication+" initiative, focusing on cultural exchange, trade interactions, city marketing, technology empowerment, talent training, and think-tank services, to influence significant overseas channels and mainstream groups to promote China's voice.

    由四川国际传播中心主导运维的四川国际传播矩阵,拥有 1个以智能算法为核心的“纵目云”国际传播技术平台、6个国际传播网站、近百个海外社交账号、1个国际传播小程序、3份国际传播期刊、超过110人的国际传播专业人才队伍,覆盖海外用户超过1600万,海外传播量破10亿。

    Under the operation of the SICC, the Sichuan International Communication Matrix boasts an international communication technology platform based on smart algorithms — "Vertical-eyed Cloud", six international communication websites, nearly a hundred overseas social media accounts, an international communication mini-program, three international communication journals, and a professional international communication team of over 110 people,coveringmore than 16 million overseas users and has achieved over a billion overseas exposures.
