an "idol" in the Northern Song Dynasty (960-1127),

he is Su Dongpo.

一提到苏东坡，在中国总会引起人亲切敬佩的微笑。苏东坡爱国爱民、乐观豁达的性格，三苏父子代代相传的良好家风家教，深深地影响着一代又一代人。

People smile out of respect when talking about Su Dongpo. His patriotism and optimism, as well as his family education have greatly influenced Chinese people.

2022年6月8日，总书记在眉山三苏祠考察时强调：“一滴水可以见太阳，一个三苏祠可以看出我们中华文化的博大精深。”

由此可见，延绵千年的三苏文化，正是中华文化软实力的缩影。

The profound "Three Su" culture is an epitome of Chinese culture.

党的二十大报告提出，要推动中华文化更好走向世界。三苏文化作为中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分，是向世界讲好中国故事、传播中国精神和中国价值的重要载体。

As a significant part of Chinese culture, the "Three Su"(Su Dongpo, or Su Shi; his father Su Xun; his little brother Su Zhe were all outstanding Chinese litterateurs and have been honored the "Three Su") culture is an important channel to introduce Chinese stories, values and spirits to the world.

9月20日起，四川国际传播中心重磅推出《China WOW! 超级中国》系列双语纪录片，邀请来自全球各地的“超级体验官”来到四川实地探访，真实感受可信、可爱、可敬的中国。

"China WOW", a bilingual documentary series presented by Sichuan International Communication Center (SICC) was started on Sept. 20, 2022, taking the"super experiencers" from the world to visit Sichuan and explore the lovely China.

《China WOW! 超级中国》第二期将镜头对准三苏文化，来自日本的超级体验官森永正裕来到了三苏故里——四川眉山进行考察。作为日本驻成都振兴机构的首席代表，森永所长对苏东坡也有所耳闻。

In "China WOW" episode two, Morinaga Masahiro, the chief delegate of Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) Chengdu office was invited as a "super experiencer" to visit Meishan, Sichuan, the hometownof the "Three Su".

东坡肉、东坡泡菜、东坡米、东坡家宴......第一次来到眉山的森永所长惊奇地发现，这里的一切，竟然都是东坡味儿的。

Dongpo braised pork, Dongpo pickles, Dongpo rice, Dongpo feast... to Morinaga Masahiro’s surprise, everything tastes "Dongpo-ish" here.

地处天府之国的眉山，拥江而生，沃野千里，自古以来就是中国西南地区重要的粮食基地。

With a river and vast fertile land, Meishan has been an important grain production base in Southwest China since the ancient time.

“一年365天，360天我是忙碌的。当不受时间限制、挚友相伴、美食饱腹时，只有那时，我的心情是轻松的。”森永所长感叹。

"I'm on my way to business in 360 days out of 365 days. When I enjoy the food with my friends, not being bothered by time, I feel totally free," said Morinaga Masahiro.
