Yuhuangguan National Forest Park: a place of karst and forest
 

In Xuyong County, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, there lies a green "ocean": Yuhuangguan National Forest Park.

Yuhuangguan National Forest Park is an important part of Danshan Scenic Area, being featured with typical karst landform. The stones here are red as the sunset clouds. The red rocks, which are about a hundred meters high, are like red city walls.

Here, the visitors can appreciate the amazing karst landform, enjoy the forest sea, and take a look at the diversified inscriptions on the cliffs. These 0.5 to 3 meters high inscription were carved in Ming and Qing Dynasties.
