Huaying Mountain: a natural boundary
 

Huaying Mountain is the natural boundary between the Ridge and Valley Province of Chuandong and the hilly area of Mid-Sichuan Basin, featured with the stone forest landform.

With over 95% of forest coverage, it holds 304 kinds of plants, including the pine trees, cedar trees, Phyllostachys bissetii trees, giant thorn bamboos, etc. There're also a great number of natural karst caves.

Huaying Mountain has a long history and profound local culture. In late Ming and early Qing Dynasty, the communication between the local residents and immigrants produced the unique culture. The folk dance is one of the representatives of the local culture.
