Citrus Reticulata "Bu Zhi Huo": Ugly but Sweet

    "Bu Zhi Huo", a kind of citrus reticulate, is quite popular in recent years. They are originated in Japan and were introduced to China in 1990s.

    "Bu Zhi Huo" look ugly. Their fruits are irregularly oblate or obovate and the skin is yellow and of about 3 to 5 millimeter thick. The skin grow rougher as they go mature.

    However, "Bu Zhi Huo" are tasty and juicy. With great quality and quantity, and having little or even no core, "Bu Zhi Huo" are quite favored by the farmers and consumers.

    Their fruits are quite big, weighing about 200 grams averagely and over 400 grams maximumly. They grow mature in February to March, tasting sweet and juicy.
