Bailong Lake: More Than Scenery
 

Bailong Lake, with the coverage of 78.8 square kilometers, is located in the conjunction of Sichuan, Shaanxi, and Gansu Province where Min Mountains and Dayi Mountains meet.

Bailong Lake, the artificial lake formed by the Baozhu Temple hydropower station, is an important ecological barrier and water conservation on the upper and middle reaches of Jialing River. Its upper reaches where there lies Jiuzhai Valley National Park is free from industrial pollution and cage aquaculture, so Bailong Lake has become clear and wide, like a beautiful blue jade.

There're more than beautiful scenery in Bailong Lake. Its neighboring areas which were the important battlefields in the ancient time are featured with ancient passes, ancient road, and cultural heritages, like Baishui Pass, Dagao Mountain, etc.
