The steppe eagle is a kind of big sized birds. The female is larger than the male, with over 80 centimeters of the body length and 160-200 centimeters of wingspan. When they spread their wings, they are like the kings of sky.

The feathers of the steppe eagle are brown. They live on the wide plains, grasslands, wastelands, etc. and move in the daytime. They have regular hunting time, at about 7:00am to 10:00am in the morning and the nightfall, and prefer mouses, lizards, hares, snakes, birds, etc. and animals' bodies and rotten meat sometimes.

The steppe eagle build their nests on the earth, mounds, and ricks with deadwoods, withered grass, leaves, wool and feathers as the building materials.
