    中秋月圆,自古皎月就被视作阖家团圆的象征,中秋佳节,因此又称团圆节。一轮圆月耀天心,边赏月边畅食便是中国流传已久的传统风俗之一。“小饼如嚼月,含有酥和饴”,每到中秋,家家户户品月饼、赏佳肴、人团圆。

    Since ancient times, the moon has been regarded as a symbol of family reunion, and the Mid-Autumn Festival is also known as the Reunion Festival. It is a long-standing traditional Chinese custom to enjoy the full moon while eating some delicacies such as moon cakes, seasonal delicacies and home cooking at the same time.

    川菜,作为中国八大菜系之一,是中秋团圆之际必不可少的美味,也是中华美食的一张闪亮名片。

    Sichuan cuisine, one of the eight major Chinese cuisines, is also an essential delicacy on the occasion of Mid-Autumn reunion. Sichuan cuisine is a typical representative of Chinese food culture and a shining calling card of Chinese cuisine.

    川菜遇见中秋节

    今年中秋,四川国际传播中心发起“川菜遇见中秋节”全球川菜线上联动活动,联动美国、日本、澳大利亚、加拿大等地国际川菜品牌标杆店,围绕中秋节点,依托四川国际海外媒体矩阵,在社交媒体Facebook、Twitter、Instagram上,分享中秋节日特色庆典、中秋特色菜式和经典四川名菜,让川菜香满世界,走上全球美食爱好者的餐桌。

    So this time, Sichuan International Communication Center (SICC) exclusively launched the "Sichuan Cuisine Encounters Mid-Autumn Festival" global online campaign to join hands with some famous Sichuan cuisine restaurants, sharing their Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations, festival specialties and classic Sichuan dishes on overseas social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, to bring Sichuan cuisine to the tables of food lovers around the world.

    截至目前,眉州东坡成都映象日本甘露茶馆小龙坎全球门店等多家海外知名川菜馆账号参与联动,活动受到中国驻大阪总领事、中国驻瑞士联邦大使馆、以色列驻成都副总领事以及人民日报、重庆国际传播中心、海南国际传播中心为代表的超30家央级和省级旗舰外宣媒体的点赞转发。

    So far, many famous Sichuan cuisine restaurants overseas, such as Meizhou Dongpo, Chengdu Impression, Ganlu Teahouse in Japan and Xiaolongkan global stores, have participated in the activity, and the Chinese Consul General in Osaka, the Chinese Federal Embassy in Switzerland and the Deputy Consul General of Israel in Chengdu, as well as over 30 flagship medias such as People's Daily, Chongqing International Communication Center, Hainan International Communication Center have been engaged in the social media interaction.

    眉州东坡:起源于四川眉山,以“东坡肘子”为特色招牌,眉州东坡酒楼作为一张响当当的“川菜名片”,带领川菜走出国门,现已落脚世界各地,仅在美国洛杉矶就有5家门店。

    Meizhou Dongpo, originated in Meishan, Sichuan Province and is famous for its classic dish Dongpo Pig Knuckle, has opened many restaurants in the world. Only in Los Angeles, there are five Meizhou Dongpo restaurants.

    02 成都映象✖️辣子鸡

    成都映象:作为挖掘承袭传统老成都川菜的品牌,其洛杉矶店是四川省设立的川菜海外推广中心之一,餐厅建立80平方米的川菜推广中心作为烹饪教室,用于川菜的交流与教学。

    Chengdu Impression is a local brand that excavates and inherits the traditional Sichuan cuisine. Its Los Angeles branch, as one of the Sichuan cuisine overseas promotion centers, holds an 80-square-meter Sichuan classroom for the exchange and teaching of Sichuan cuisine.

    03 甘露茶馆✖️四川冰粉

    甘露茶馆:位于日本东京,甘露茶馆的合伙人是一对来自中国的年轻夫妻,四川特色冰粉是店里的甜品招牌,同时,甘露茶馆还会教授当地中华文化爱好者画年画、搓冰粉、做年夜饭等。

    Ganlu Teahouse, located in Tokyo, Japan and co-founded by a young couple from China, is noted for its Sichuan Ice Jelly and is an important cultural exchange center for Chinese cuisine in Japan.
