Young Climbers, Assemble!
 

From May 1st to 5th, 2024, the 2024 Asian KChampionship and the 2024 National Youth U-Series Climbing League were held in Meishan.

Turning, maneuvering, leaping... During the competitions, athletes faced setbacks without fear, dared to challenge, confronted difficulties head-on, and climbed towards the summit with full force, demonstrating fearless spirit and steadfast perseverance. After intense competition, the Asian Asian KChampionship produced a total of 16 gold medals, while the Youth Climbing League Meishan Station produced a total of 24 gold medals.

The two climbing events seamlessly connected, with nearly a thousand athletes gathering in Meishan. Throughout the May Day holiday, Meishan captured the world's attention due to the sporting events, showcasing the unique charm of the 'City of Poetry and Books' ('千载诗书城'). The extensive building area and rock wall area, comprehensive supporting facilities, and first-class event organization level have also received widespread praise from participating athletes, coaches, and accompanying personnel.
