The 20th OHTC to be kicked off on Dec. 10 in Chengdu

The 20thWestern China Overseas High Tech and High Talents Conference (OHTC) is expected to be held from Dec. 9 to Dec. 12. Four Nobel Prize winners are going to attend the conference online and 67 academicians at home and abroad will attend it both online and offline.

100 oversea innovation groups and nearly 3,000 experts and representatives colleges, research institutes, and companies at home and abroad will attend the four-day-conferences both online and offline.

21 distinctive and meaningful events, Bazhong City's special meeting, and the semi-final and final of the 8th "OHTC Cup"Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition for Global Overseas Chinese will be held in the OHTC.

OHTC was started in 1995 and has been held for 19 times. 4110 overseas talents have been invited and over 1,100 high-tech investing projects have been promoted through it. It has become an important bridge between western China and the world and the most influential platform to invite talents in western China, playing an important role in China's scientific and technological development, as well as the economic transformation and upgrading in western China.
